two logs seperated on top the coles....turning food every 10 minutes works great and requires much less wood for your fire. you can slightly moisten the logs and this gets u hot steam. Takes a little trial and error but works good when u get the hang of it. Also cover the already wrapped food with another lid of foil on top to help trap the heat. good luck and fun camping!
Something strange happened with your video a little more than 1/2 way through. It got all fuzzy and then started to work again when you were opening the food.
Sweet patatoe is only yummy for you're tummy when cooked on a grill or campfire (: its yucky when boiled in water.

Love foil cooking. Couple trout with bacon and onions in the cavity, wrapped in bacon and I'm in heaven!
