A devastating knee to the jaw perfectly timed to meet the leg shoot. ooooch! Wrestlers better train for that too, otherwise, they get bad habits by just trying to avoid punches. That could spell a KO, bad habits from limiting things too much. The good drill always mimics the fight situation, I think.
