@dansmith2009774 i agree with you to a certain extent. taz was never that good, if you ask me (entertaining, but not good) but that said, anything is better than his commentary. and rvd had a few great feuds over the intercontinental title against the likes of eddie guerrero, chris jericho, etc. the only reason rvd didn't get the push as wwe champ was because he was caught smoking pot, and vince had to keep his company clean, pushing rvd as the top man after that wouldn't have gone down well.

I mean I've always loved RVD vs Lynn matches but it's been about 2 years since I watched any.

It's likely that they'll be booked at Destination X and if it's half as good as these matches (12 years ago in mind) then it could steal the show, even with the all x division card.

Unless of course TNA changed Styles v Daniels into AJ v Daniels v Joe 3, which would also have a hell of a lot to live up to. Ha, I can't wait for Destination X now that I think of it :)

ECW was Hardcore. Every match was contested under Hardcore rules, which most of the time meant just a bunch of chair shots. occasionally, like once a month or so, you'd have a great match like this that the hardcore element did nothing but add to an already great match.

They should, but they won't. If they brought that stuff back, then ECW would be one of the most watched shows, and would certainly overtake Smackdown! in the ratings, imo.
