Herb is a great musician in which i had the honor to sit in one of his jam sessions a year ago and loved playing with him. wished i had a tape of it, love his music very classic from day one, and still great today as it was then

herb is totally awesome, you know it takes a NON-mexican to utilize these great sound's instead of the mexicans themselves who can't exonerate their own music! they must be busy cleaning toilets or wiping some gringo's asshole, you know the "jobs" that noboby in their right mind would do.!!!!!
I'm glad I found all of these people who like Herb Alpert's music. I thought I was the only one playing it in my car. I saw these specials when they first came out, and listening to this music today, it's as if time stood still. They still sound new and great. And Herb is still good looking! (Understatement---He's gorgeous!)
I'm glad I found all these people who agree with me about Herb Alpert's music. I could listen to it constantly and not get tired of it. The CD's are almost always on in my car. I remeber these specials when they first came out, and when you listen to this music now, its as if time stood still. They still sound brand new and great. And Herb is still good looking!
@patybear Yep I'm over 40 and have been a Herb Alpert fan. You can find him on my ipod. There's nothing to compare to the sound of Herb Alpert and the TJB.
@patybear - I raise "MY" hand, and, I "DO" remember this, and, "SO MANY" other GREAT songs, and, not only Herb Alpert on the AM radio in my Dad's '66 Chevy II Super Sport, and, in his '66 Chevelle Super Sport! He was in the U.S. Submarine Service during Vietnam at that time, and, I was just a kid - but, I "DO" remember these, and, other classics that you and I could sing or hum along to, and, even snap our fingers to!! :) Maybe, we knew one another when we were kids - in New London, CT!?!? :)
I remember that special very well - it was Herb and the TJB touring all through the U.S.A., from Ellis Island to New Orleans to L.A. I do hope someone (Shout Factory, Herb??) puts the three 1960s TJB specials on DVD so we can all see them in a quality reproduction again. Till then, many thanks for posting these clips!!!
Oh my God, this is genius.

Hi there, this is a good view, but it's not perfect. A Few Things I discovered actually far better was at roulettecash#org.
