Chang likely holds his mind on moving Qi, but breathing is a good place to start

Id recommend doing research on this stuff if you'd like to know how to do it. Ive been doing this now for about 2-3 years & im no where being 5% done with what this guy knows. Within those two books you teaches crpytically because he cannot in the open because of his Clans Creed, youll learn everything you need by seeing the clues in those two books. @dushan1 Just a word of advice: if you are serious about learning this, then keep in mind that during meditation the ego can get in the way. That being said, if you want to be able to harness this energy for purely egoistic reasons, you'll find it much harder to be able to sustain it, rather than if it's for altruistic reasons.
