  • Cool!

  • Hi I'm in Paducah and produce independent movies let me know if you'd like to collaborate thanks

  • Scary how things like this can happen, keep up the good work on getting information like this out. Let me know when the full version is out. Thanks

  • I hope the movie takes into account the influence of the mob during the 1930-60s. Of course it's all political now, but organized crime ruined a lot of cities in Illinois and turned them into ghettos. East St. Louis (Buster Wortman's territory) would certainly be another, although the railroads pulling out, giving way to over the road trucking, certainly went a long way toward the destruction of ESL and other towns in Illinois as well. Good luck with the film.

  • very interesting indeed keep us posted to the release

  • Looks fascinating. Please keep me updated.

  • Very interesting! Keep me posted on your release date. Very curious, the evolution or devolution of Cairo.

  • perhaps we can also set up an interview with you guys for my show and promote this a bit.

  • I loved the trailer I can't wait to see the film itself, please send me the info for when you will be premiering in Philly. I would love to cover the premier and review the movie for my mainstream fans as well as my friends in the occupy community.

  • I'm interested in seeing your documentary, looking forward to a time when I can. If it's already available, please post the information online? thx. and good luck with your project. Looks like you've poured alot of time and effort into enlightening us on what could have been a beautiful city with such a dark and troubling past. Completely intrigued!

  • Thank you for making this movie, I can't wait to see the full length version. So much history in Cairo. Such a forgotten place. This movie might remind northern Illinois that the southern half of Illinois exists.

  • This is so amazing history just like all other that is hidden from us.Thank you for this and I can't wait to see the rest of this.90% of our history is either lost or a lie that the government has always wanted us to believe in.When the Lord comes we will find out what was true and what was faulse and how much better we all could have lived.Amen.

  • Can't wait to see the whole thing!

  • That is awesome! Great job! I can't wait to see the entire documentary! I had a friend of mine stumble across Cairo on a road trip, and when he got home, he told me about how creepy of a town it was. So we started looking up pictures and history on the town, and then I told my wife about it, so she and I headed to Cairo just for the heck of it and drove around a lot of Cairo taking pictures and video of the town. Please keep me posted about this, because I would love to see the finished product.
