An effective pass blocker can defend against the bullrush AND be able to react laterally to a speed move. No sh!t...how??

Its easier said than done, and takes YEARS to perfect. The key-when you punch, be prepared to HIT NOTHING. Its very tempting (especially when tired) to lean into a bullrusher, but a good DL can create the illusion of a power move, then slap hands, spin or give a soft shoulder. If you lean and he does this, ur done!

6'7" 315....For anyone that really cares, the way to handle a spin is to NOT BE LEANING OIN HIM in the first place. One you get leaning, a good DL will feel it and take advantage.
