long life Iseias Afwerki, all politicians and the real of hizbi Eritra!!!

  • @TTTANTO wait for your day, the only traitor of his people in here are you and your brainless body bahrenegash

  • "By logic, the Nation of Eritrea (pop. 3 million) should not exist. The secessionist province's independence fighters ought never to have defeated Ethiopia in their 30-year-long struggle. They were outmanned, outgunned, abandoned or betrayed by every ally; their cause was hopeless. They won by force of character, a unity and determination so steely not all the modern armaments, super power support or economic superiority of Ethiopia could withstand it".

  • it is so sad that little brain of yours is good only for a copy and paste

  • I love Isaias Afewerki!

  • Ignorance is a bliss.

  • Agameness is an aids infested bliss.

  • @eritreantigaraly Enforced indefinite national service is an increasingly important element of Eritrea’s human rights crisis. Conscripts undergo military training, in itself not illegal; they are subjected to cruel military punishments and torture, already described above. Many may be deployed in what constitutes illegal forced labor. Those who try and evade national service are treated cruelly. Evaders are detained in terrible conditions, and heavy penalties are imposed on their families.

  • TIGRAY ONLINE FORUM

    By wediTigray

Why do we Tigrayans call each other sheabia when we disagree with each other. To tell you the truth Abay Tigray is gone. We should have declared our independence like Eritrea. We shouldn't have gone war with them. that was stupid. Nevertheless, as a Tigrayan I'm against weyane, all of them from Adawa. Meles only trust the Adawans. The Adawns get top positions in his adminstation & large sums of money from Ethiopian bank. all other Tigrain are excluded. WHY?

  • @BahreNeGash After six months of compulsory military training, national service conscripts are deployed indefinitely in one of several possible activities. Many conscripts are simply drafted into military service and are deployed in regular military units. One refugee interviewed by Human Rights Watch was sent to work as a clerk in a court in Asmara, another was sent to work as a mechanic in a civilian garage repairing trucks in Asmara.

  • @BahreNeGash Mass Exodus

The Eritrean population is fleeing its country daily in their hundreds to escape the unprecedented oppression, torture, forced labour/slavery, detention, humiliation and degradations, slaughtering and famine and starvation perpetrated by the Eritrean government. As a result of this even entire families are fleeing their countries.

Escaping is organized in different ways:

  • 1. On Foot

    Most of the people who live in the lowland, in particular those people who live relatively close to the border, trek the whole distance until they reach the the Sudanese territories. Some of them may have the travel permit to travel by bus closer to the border areas such as Tesseney, Goluj… etc., while others trek the whole distance even from distant areas such as Keren, Asmara, Ghindae, etc. while most of the journeys are made on their own without payments to guides/smugglers;

  • in contrast, those journeys that are arranged through guides/smugglers involve payments of huge amounts of money to the smugglers and their agents- 50,000 – 60,000 Nakfa (USD1= 15 Nakfa at official exchange rate; and 40 Nakfa at black market rate). Smuggling by foot from far areas may even cost c. 70,000 – 80,000 Nakfa. Families, particularly, the local communities, use donkeys and camels in their journey for carrying their children, food and water.

  • @BahreNeGash "Eritrea's human rights crisis is worsening and making the Horn of Africa

ever more volatile," said Gagnon. "The US, European, and other

governments need to coordinate their policies on the Horn to defuse

regional tensions, and make human rights progress an essential

    benchmark for engagement with Eritrea."
