In singles, the opponent will be at the back of the court and he'll have to run the full length of the court to retrieve that smash return. LOOK at his smash return. Best defense in the world.
@ssjds its a drill lee chong wei is on defense and the other 3 are on offense. Lee chong wei is only allowed to do net shots and lifts while the one in the back can only smash and the ones in the front can only do drives or net shots but everyone on offense is only allowed to hit the birdie straight no cross courts

That's not entirely true. If you are really a badminton fan, you should know that Lee Chomg Wei had beaten Lin Dan before on the home turf for about 3 times. Also, he had beaten Lin Dan on the semifinals for theThomas Cup 2008.

lin dan does different trainnings, he trainss sideline smashes way more often. LCW is a better defense player but cannot throughly block LD and Chen Jin's side court smashes, so he performs alot better against most other players aside from those two.
