If there banks were to get a bailout it had to be immediately or never.
When it comes to helping the middle class they can afford more time to ensure the plan is the right plan and will be carried out quickly.
I would rather a sure-footed administration instead of one that spends billions on reforms over the course of a week.
REGARDLESS of who's in office they could not get such a thing through the system that quickly.
