Hi! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

i would try this but im going to do the daniel diet for ten day with just fruits and veges for ten days but im going to wait until november because its bbq season yum

I know. I had many habits I had to get rid of. If I can do it I know you can!!!!!! You dont have to do this diet but try to get off of your habits slowly.

Im about to start the cleanse tomorrow, i hope i can go for 10 days though.. All the best on the cleanse, il look be looking at your mastercleanse progress for strength lol
