Cool. I was going to do this with our son but I couldnt figure out how to make sure he was in the best and same position every time.

you need a digital SLR - they let you take 3-4 pics/sec. I make all kinds of sounds or whatever i can do to get him to look at me, then take tons of pics, edit later. Then I line them up and normalize their size a bit in photoshop. it's pretty tricky, especially given that i'm trying not to distort the true image (after all, I could just use morphing software but i think it's much better to have the slightly jumpy by "real" time-lapse instead).
