a grand film it was and still is, however.. the general respect most people grant to such movies has diminished amazingly. it does seem that all that's left of those who enjoy films of this elegance are social outcasts in general. a pity it is, but it's always been that way.

This is an excellent film. The problem is that 95% of people in this country don't have the mental capacity to appreciate its poetic beauty. Maybe they should have had a unicorn chase in the beginning, a sex scene in the middle, and a big explosion at the end.
