  • o people dislike a burlap show because statler and waldorf are awesome!

  • 2:48 Piss...

  • That was amazing!

  • This proves that the Muppets aren't just for kids, and that's a good thing.

  • I love these guys!

  • This song was from the movie "The Night They Raided Minsky's". Jack Burns (head writer on "The Muppet Show") played the Candy Butcher in that movie.

A Candy Butcher was like a carnival barker, who sold boxes of candy, a few of which contained expensive prizes, at burlesque & vaudeville shows. It was a scam, since a "plant" in the audience always found one of the expensive prizes in his box, right at the start of the Candy Butcher's sales pitch, as "proof" it was on the level.

  • There was a sketch with her and Fozzie that I saw where she was introduced..

  • i love what they say at the end.

  • If its lame, then u have a bad taste in comedy. It cannot get any better than this. Lets see u do better. The Muppet Show was the peak in comedy.

  • Yay, finally fozzie gives statler and waldorf a taste of their own medicine. I did love their heckling when i was a kid, though. and that chinese gorilla always makes me laugh!

  • though it doesn't really work the way it does when they do it.

  • No it doesn't. But it's still good to see, though!

  • who was the guest star in this episode? Do you know?

  • Beverly Sills was on the Show.

    it's season 4, ep 09.

  • Nice to fozzy getting his own back

  • Priceless. :D

  • What have you got, a Chinese gorilla dancing ballet?

    Cancel the opening number.

  • Perhaps the closest Kermit and gang ever got to being politically incorrect, not counting Roosevelt Franklin from Sesame Street.

  • what that a puppeteer at 2:36

  • It looked like one. But it's hard to be sure

  • yeah it was i saw the person's glasses

  • Hmm, I can't see it, where exactly did you guys see it?

  • @Kathy2800 Do, it was the one girl who'd forgotten her costume hiding amoung her fellow dancers.
