  • I'M THE MOTHERFUCKING FIST OF THE NORTH STAR JESUS CHRIST

  • WHERE IS THIS FIGHTINGCLUB?

  • MMA/BBJ fuckboy Thinks the following:

    "MMA can beat all!"

    "Fuck wing chun!"

    "This is gay!"

"I arm bar him before he do this!"

"My grandma hit more power than this dipshit!"

Now I feel better about my pointless, miserable, existence.

I will go and punch my little sister with my weak little pencil arms.

Hope i don't break my fragile fists while punching her.

    LOL

  • @blahmeblahblahblah it's not about wing chun it's about these guys training improperly. This drill that this school does is just plain goofy!

  • man this guy its the real goku

  • Why do people say speed = no power? Like think about it, a car coming at you at 5 Miles or KM/hr vs a car coming at 100 MIles or KM/hr. Exact same concept just through human hands and in a shorter distance.

  • @Imzepronub People who say speed = no power are just ignorant of the terms. There's power in a car going BOTH 5 or 100 mph but the one going 100 mph demonstrates MORE power.

But let's say a car goes 5 mph and a person on a bike goes 6 mph, the person on the bike has more speed but generates less power (because it takes less work / energy / force to make the person & bike move VS a person & car move).

Speed & power are related but not the same thing.

  • @blahmeblahblahblah

They're not ignorant, just very unspecific. What people mean with "speed = no power" is in relative terms, not absolute terms. By 'speed' is meant 'time from execution to contact', not simply 'acceleration', i.e. a straight might be faster, but a jab is quicker. Also, by 'power' is obviously meant 'force' (power in terms of strength).

So generally speaking, the quicker the moves, the lower the force, because there is less mass behind them. They still hurt like f*ck though.

  • Is tensing up a part of it? That can exhaust you pretty fast.

  • OMG !!! POAHHHH WATH A SPEED :D

  • Part 4 of 4: If you haven't seen this in any wing chunner your bashing about, then you haven't really seen true Wing Chun in action nor a real Wing chunner! So don't hate. It just shows how ignorant and inexperienced you truly are! Go take a class and then speak!

  • Part 3 of 4: but of course you would have to find a real master who also trains against all possible attacks like Master Bruce Lee, A Wing Chunner, use to do! Wing Chun is the Ultimate art of Interception that will allow ANY fighter to perceive and jam any opponents advances before they can be fully executed!

  • Part 2 of 3: If your a good or half way decent fighter already or even a mediocre MMA fighter or fighter period, your approach to how you advance an opponent and dominate them will greatly improve because WC is all about deconstructing what you did wrong and how to improve on your techniques and how to re-adjust to your opponents actions so you can have a better defense/offense approach!

  • Part 1 of 3: For the obviously uneducated — WC is a system of fighting and NOT a style! Its A methodology with more of a scientific approach to the art of fighting which in turn can be applied to any other system or style and thus improve on his/her style, including MMA, by ten-folds!

  • @flavoursaver seriously...how straight would you be after 10 hits in the face in 2 seconds?

  • It's not wing chun that's fast,,,it's the individual. Anyone who thinks a soecific martial art makes you better is wrong. I give this guys props for his amazing hand speed. Looks strong too, but "IT'S NOT THE ART, IT'S THE ARTIST" that is important.

  • yeah I hear that: WING CHUN is ineffective crap all the time and i thought the same way. I went to a school near by with that im gonna whip some ass attitude and got shut down! just visit a good school and stop bitching about a way of fighting just try to beat em you'll see that its not that easy

  • @MrSoprofound

That's mostly the attitude of anyone who obsesses over commercialized MMA and closes their minds to actual skilled arts. I invited a friend to a Wing Chun class, and he was snickering at the form and the drills. Within a few lessons, he changed his tune VERY quickly, especially when he learned why we did what we did. When you can tear muscle and ligaments, break bones, or kill within seconds, you gain a new respect for Wing Chun. Well said!

  • i blinked O.O

  • THATS RIGHT HIT WITH YOUR PALMS IS NOT SAME AS HIT WITH YOUR FIST WITH ALL YOUR STRENG BUT BEFORE YOU NEED TO SE A DOCTOR EXPECIALIST IN THE BRAIN OR IT MAY GIVE YOU PARKINSON DISEASE IN THE FUTURE

  • All you wing chun nerds look at this YouTube clip:

"UFC Joe rogan says that wing chun kung fu is ineffective and a waste of time"

  • @wingchunisforhomos

I don't know what's funnier. Your YouTube name, or the fact that you rely on Joe Rogan for factual information.

  • @monsterdrsgon13

Apart from meastrdravens inane nonsense I have never heard such a pile of narcissistic ass talking.

You wing chun guys are so entertaining.

  • he is fast but the impact is not powerful that's what i think atleast

  • @kartal015 In Wing Chun the speed is fast and does not look power full but trust me It can be My teacher proves that he is faster then this and his punchs as demonstrated can put 450 Pounds into one punch now imagine that and all the hits he is doing about 7 hits a second :))

  • @awellsy

You said it! It's the White elephant in the room for those poor deluded fools. Real opponents MOVE. They also hit back, I get bored seeing some stooge standing there letting someone play out their fantasies. How many times have I heard how "deadly" wing chun is!!!

  • Not very fast and VERY GIRLY strikes that wil tickle your opponent. There is a reason no WT joker has entered UFC or any MMA contest - they would lose bsdly and get hurt! There excuses - we can't use our deadliest techniques LOL! In early UFC's few rules, Gracie challenge they woulds fight no rules at all. WT people do dry land swimming - nice drills, partner exercises, chi sao, forms, etc but little if any real fighting or hard sparring; yet they are deluded and think they are great.

  • @CloudsBeyond wasnt the main point of Martial arts to Defend ones self not to do it for a sport, Yes i understand times have changed and the Excuses "WE cant USE our deadliest Techniques" can Be said because if need Be they could end a MMA or UFC fighters Life =/ its like the marines they would lose if they entered a UFC fight but if a UFC fighter Attacked a Fully Trained Marine they would more then Likely Die Same can be said for wing chung master =/ just remember that

  • @monsterdragon13

Welcome to the 21st century, where martial arts have been diluted by impatient roid-ragers with inferiority complexes sponsored by mass commercialized entertainment companies. Gotta' keep the revenue from those DVDs and Pay Per View events coming in somehow! What better way than to bash real martial arts like Wing Chun?

Any fight based on tournament rules is no longer a fight. It's a spectacle.

  • man...the compounding force that would generate is ridiculous.

  • @mozmex If wing tsun fighters want to kill they hit your neck and throat or solarphlexus with those punches. Hitting face is for stunning and, once you get hit by someone who knows how to use wing tsun punches, to knock someone out. All knock out really is is head concussion, which rapid blows can cause easily.

  • bruce is faster

  • Oh please.... You cant be serious.. For starters I wouldnt let this slap happy dude get close enough. Nothing a front kick or a shin kick to the knee wont stop. This is a dance routine, wing chun has always been nothing more. Its designed for little 50kg dudes beating up on other 50 kg dudes. And dont you think after the fist slap even the most lamest of humans would , I dont know MOVE!!!?? Lame..

  • @awellsy

Ummm, wrong. This is a basic drill. And you wouldn't "slap" an opponent. You'd hit him with centerline force and either break bones, collapse lungs, or K.O. your opponent with 1, maybe 2 punches. You should learn what Wing Chun is instead of judging the entire martial art on the most basic repetition drill you can find. WIng Chun is a killing art. Your "front and shin kicks" wouldn't make it, because we guard our centerlines at all times, and have a ton of deflective kicks.

  • @awellsy what is lame is your lack of knowledge. Go train wing tsun for a year or two and you come to see the truth. Shadow boxing is as much of a dance routine as any wing tsun drill. I dare u, go fight an experienced "chunner" on the streets and you will see how far your front kick and shin kicks get you. You can't judge the whole style of some reflex and warmup drills. It'd be same to say that MMA is bunch of men ontop of each other, how cool is that? o.O

WT works in a fight without rules.

  • Perfect!

But if anyone feel like try out my style!!

Please Contact me and we can set something up!

  • Perfect!

If anyone wants to Try out my Style Please Contact me!

  • good demo but it's not a real fight. in real fights the opponent is dynamic and fights back and moves. it's easy to strike fast on a stationary target in a demo. I still remember my first street fight using TKD. it was awkward because I was use to defending against straight controlled punches and not hook or looping punches. I adapted quickly. but overall it's a good demo vid.

  • @robertbanks59 It's part of training. It's like a shadow boxing, if you will. It is not meant to be the real deal, but part of practice.

  • Everyone's a fucking martial arts expert on their computer. 11207 Perrin Beitel, San Antonio, corner of Wye. Abandoned strip club. Gotta jump the fence or go around back through the title pawn place. I'm there every Thursday at 900 am. Come test your skills...if you have any balls...no gloves, pads, or pussy ass "martial sports" bullshit. Ooh, I'm tough I fight on a padded mat and dry hump other men...you fucking faggots. Be there or be square.

  • I have fought hundreds of these guys and they are useless I shoot lazers from my eyes and can kill anybody and everybody else is nothing compared to how awesome I am that's why I sit behind a computer all day and type about it. Yours truly, Typical Youtube User Who Comments On Martial Arts Videos.

  • i was just waiting for the other guy to slap him

  • Oh no! Somebody's doing something impressive publicly! Better think of something cool & tough to say to redeem my sense of self-worth!

Uh... Yeah, it's all speed, no power.

... It's not mma, so it doesn't count.

... I've beaten up wing chun guys six ways from Sunday. They're nothing.

    Yeah, now I'm okay.

  • @blahmeblahblahblah You, sir/madame. Just made me laugh. Genius joke.

  • @GaolisVideoLog You're welcome!

  • @blahmeblahblahblah LOL WIN!!

  • @blahmeblahblahblah why do they never use that kind of techniques in MMA or UFC?is it forbidden? is it unefficient?one hand blocking a strike and the other one hitting...what do you think?

  • @ManDown57 My guess: It's easier to learn & execute generating force with one arm at a time; two arms requires more coordination. And one arm at a time uses gross motor movement (big muscle groups' usage: the torso especially, as one arms strikes out) & more instinctual under stress conditions.

Don't get me wrong: MMA folks train hard, smart, & long. But wing chun training is different: More subtle with way slower progression & structure behind a given trait like using two hands at once.

  • @blahmeblahblahblah speed equals power son, ever heard of mike tyson

  • @1dubsterr Actually, I'm older than you "son". And yeah, I've heard of Mike Tyson and he had both speed & power.

Ever heard of science? By definition speed and power are not the same thing: Speed is the distance traveled divided by the time of travel; power on the other hand is the rate at which work is done, expressed as the amount of work per unit time.

Related but not the same thing.

Sorry to bombard you with logic (& proper grammar & punctuation).

  • wow, the things u find when u stupidly type in "tuh" into the search bar...

  • Oh please spare me it's nothing more than slap happy hands. Paddy cake paddy cake.. I've fought these dudes before that stuff is as useful in a fight against real fighters as using a nerf gun.

  • @awellsy lol your nothing but a poser you have fought nothing like him you lying douche bag !!!

  • @fuckuyawanker

tell it like it is brother!

  • @fuckuyawanker Fuckin' yeah!

  • its danish

  • hokuto hyakuretsu ken?

  • why does he have his shoulders come up like this ? I'm just starting WC but first thing I'm taught is to keep shoulders down.

  • @michaelDmambo because all he's focused on is impressing people with speed and power.

  • fast enough

  • but your dummy stopped and let you hit him, how does that work?

  • I did that faster than him (I recorded myself doing that and then I put the video in fast motion, sorry but thats the only way) LOL

  • LOLsssssss that is Fast¬¬¬¬¬

  • @dragonmist58 i say the exact thing when i see boxers or MMA guys work a heavy bag, or do some other form of EXERCISE for what they do. they don't hit all their targets every time, nobody is foolish enough to think they're gonna hit someone with every blow. All this guy is doing (DEMONSTRATING really) is working patterns and pathways of motion.. every system you look at works those ideas to get faster.

  • he is from denmark :D

  • who is that dude:O?

  • this is why people come up with plan B which is to run away when meeting such people

  • looks like repeadetly slapping someone at such a high velocity that you cant see the hidden blades hes pulling out of his pockets and stabbing the guy, he may only make little paper cuts, but paper cuts add up, before you know it your chest becomes a vagina

  • the student looks nervous like his necks gonna get slashed.

  • in my wing chun i can walk on water.

  • i want to see his chun choi, and only his chun choi speed

  • would be more powerful if he kept his shoulders downnnnn..........

  • would be more powerful if he kept his shoulders downnnnn..........

  • it's just a practice routine, were it full contact that guy would be in world of pain

  • @dragonmist58 in real life he would not have to punch a guy like 6 times^^ he would sit back let the guy make a sloppy attack and then lay him flat xD

  • is this biu tze form?

  • ahaha...fate pena!

  • @dragonmist58 well he looks scared. If he moved at all he'd get hit by the super sonic speed

  • talk about slappin u to sleep lol

  • youtube.com/my_videos?feature=mhum

  • Dude! He could take out your eyes, tie them into a freaking bow, and you wouldn't know what even happened/

  • is he saying : 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 in danish?

  • Wing Chung master fast!

  • This guy could pull down his pants and shoot a load quicker than you can blink

  • man that was fast that was crazy great moves

  • It's well done. A major concern though is that though the opponent doesn't resist, VT WC principles dictate that the opp free right hand be controlled as well. The fact that opp lets it go limp does not change that. A skilled opp does not resort to one hand unecessarily. Still, nicely done.

  • i am sorry but this is not chi sao...

  • he must be a Drummer

  • My dad was asking how fast he could catch flies.

  • @FizzyFlatSoda i like your dad

  • he's probably from the Hyuuga clan... performing the Eight Divination Signs.

  • hahaah wow so fast ! nice !

  • Motherfucker is fast but nothing compared to ip man

  • DAMN THATS FAST

  • beautiful, fast and precise...another promising student

  • beautifull, fast and precise...another promising student....

  • this is neji's father

  • @Alesandros356 8 trigram shit load of palms

  • WoW, I did Kali and I train in Judo. This guys is really FAST!!!

  • I always feel sorry for the guy who hes punching

  • @themopheadclan dont worry, he probly want it bcuz he gets hardent when they are trainging like that, thats y martial artists are using full contact to, to get used to it

  • that is insane hand speed!

  • Nice video...If you want see my wooden dummy too..

    /watch?v=UkhyhZzxIlk

  • kata perosns afts hands are taugth through the slwoest fo movements.in thsi sstem the energuy trnafered are kentic itnernal chi tia balkc white colored electrical dark ect the list goes on ,thsu you have to slow trian in your forms and kata as you sya to reach these levesl of abiltity.got to go kiss my ass rude man

  • how fast does he jerkoff

  • @indy0406 Probably doesn't need to considering he's banging your girlfriend every night.

  • @indy0406 ask to him... maybe he can slap you 50 times in a second If you bother him.

  • @indy0406 oh he doesn't like to talk about that too much he lost his cock from friction burn it straight up disintegrated in his hand =(

  • Look at the big pause he takes just before he starts going crazy, theres no way a good wing chun practitioner would give him that much time or space. I

  • frame manipulation and this strike exercise is not slowed down for the camera there are pauses in variable seconds when he starts his strike sets Try being legit if you want to show the art wing chun

  • Wing Chun is my hub. I teach all my kids this wonderful system first.

    Peace!

  • Hey hvor er det henne i træner?

  • Jeg mener det er fra VT Center Odense. Det ligner Sufu Morten Ibsen

  • the man is doing wing chun, there is plenty of power in that speed, wing chun uses punches and attacks in a straight line pushing out from the elbow, they use a series of fast attacks, It's also called straight blast and is used to blitz a person's center line. not to mention simultaneous block-hit techniques that wing chun uses in actual combat is ment to use peoples own force and movement against them to create even more power in there strikes...point proven

  • Good form, excellent speed.

  • @silicon605 you talk a lot of shit and i'm telling you, i can put your ass out with a single pinky finger, you retard.

  • WHAT HORSESHIT! RIGHT, I'LL JUST STAND HERE SO AS TO MAKE YOU LOOK THAT MUCH FASTER..BULLSHIT! TRY THAT IN AN ACTUAL ENCOUNTER AGAINST A FELLOW WITH A KNIFE A GOOD AT USING IT....YOU WILL NOT FAIR AS WELL. WHAT AN EMBARRASMENT INDEED, HE IS LOUSY AT SHOWY EXPLOSIVE TECHNIQUE; ALL HE IS DOING IS THROWING A LOT OF NEEDLES STRIKES, WHERE ONE WELL PLACED SHOT IS ALL THAT WOULD BE NEEDED...BRAIN DEAD YOUTHS BELIEVING THEIR OWN BULLSHIT!! COMMENT TO ME WILL NOT BE READ, SO DON'T BOTHER!

    PS: SAME 2 U!

  • @silicon605 why dont you fight the guy and give him one punch?

  • @kh4n5 it looks better, and you make sure they won't get back up =D

  • @silicon605 yea same thing if you give this guy a gun, the kinife dude will not fair as well either WHAT AN EMBARRASMENT INDEED. LoL.

  • @silicon605 HM.I THINK YOU ARE A RETARD SO I WILL ONLY TELL YOU THAT THIS IS A DRILLLLLLLLLLLLL A FUCKING DRILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL.WE WILL NOT USE THIS IN THE STREET YOU FUCKING 10 YEARS OLD GIRL

  • @silicon605 Knife wielding pussy.

  • that shits dope

  • esto es lo que el wing chun puede hacer,y sin dudas es genial, ademas de que practicar esos movimientos, ayuda a tener mejores reflejos, ser más rápidos y golpear de modo mas directo,o por lo menos a mi me ha ayudado a ello

    besos n_n

  • dude wtf ur

    hands disapear i bet

    u can catch a fly

  • Nice speed drills but I still think it's kidna sped up. Look at the guy's uniform it flows in teh air really fast...idk it might just be me ><

  • @frozenchillpill u think his speed is fake..then u must now know but in martial art movies..they have to slow down the actual clips

to capture the realistic movement for their movie

this is wing chun, go watch Ip man and see how fast Donne Yen can hit

  • @PrincessGarnetXVI Ip mans the best movie :) love wing chun

  • @72dew yes man i loved part one and 2

but one better! too bad Donnie yen said he doesn't wanna be a part of part 3

  • That is very impressive, the speed that is being done there he will have hit the guy several times before the opponent knows anything about it.

I'm seriously thinking of taking up Wing Chun, basically to feel better in myself, get fitter, have more self confidence and i find this to be a lot better than just going to a gym and lifting heavy weights.Thing is i'm 39 years of age, quiet unfit and not done any real excercise for years, not sure if i could stand the 'pace' so to speak

  • Use this speed and cordination, and multiply it with 100% power. You might kill someone.

  • lol, I laugh at people that have no clue what they are talking about. you all ask "if there so tough why are they not in UFC?" 1. this is a defense art. look at the targets he is assaulting, they are all sort targets. all of witch are not striking targets allowed in the ring. 2. we (Martial artists) for the most part do not have this unrelenting ego-drive to want to hurt others for sport, money or fame. I am not mad at you, just do not speak on things you know nothing about.

  • @prinzessinkuss UFC ,UFC,UFC -let me point out to you that although wing chunwas developed by a female monk some 300 years ago it was the first style learnt by bruce lee from Yip man himself and the basis of jeet kun do as well as its modern form of wing Tsun,I have seen it used effectively in the ring against many disciplines and it is employed by special forces including the Germans,if you look at the strike points on the attack you will see they are directed to pressure points, result K.O.

  • damn it guy's ! Wing Chun is a highly effective defence technique . And there's no shit about it . these guy's are dangerous as hell , you can brag about wing chun befind the key board but yur gonna shit your pants if yur up against one

  • Can someone make a Slo-Mo of this video?(:

  • Holy shit thats fast.

  • There is no center line in this video

  • UFC dont let Wing chun go in because its to dangerous and illegal.

  • @baboelaman lol thats wrong dude, they arent in the ufc because its not for ring fighting

  • @heckald yeh because wing tsun also teaches you to elbow in the back against take downs, which is soooo badly exposed during a takedown, among other things....

  • @bebo3ful that elbow isnt as strong as you think. against a strong wrestler he will have lots of muscle on his back that will protect him. also with adrenaline pumping through his veins it will barely phase him.

what will work is a swift clean blow to the back of the head. if you can find the angle. that would probably knock him out.

  • @heckald yeh also you can twist his head if he has gone below your waste line, hitting to the back of the head requires a lot of control as you can kill someone if you hit it hard enough esp with an elbow, which is why its not allowed in UFC.

  • For all those that think wing chun is not strong , just dont post comment cuz ur just an ignorant. Wing chun is a self defense art.It is made to block anything, Self defense u hear me bastard , so shut the fuck up

  • Keyboard warriors love to compare styles. Martial Arts practicianers understand the outcome depends on the user of the style and many other factors.

Also, I have to say this as too many people bring up UFC. UFC has become a sport with many rules. Cannot compare ring fights to self defence. Doesn't have to be Wing Tsun, have you seen any Escrime / Kali styles in UFC? No, because virtually most moves are illegal.

  • ma vai CACARE!QUESTO è UN CHI SAO DI MERDA

  • Put a knife in his hands and there you have it.

  • You need to replay the video in slow motion to see his hands moving around!

  • The bald guy is just like "WTF IS GOING ON! I FEEL HIS HANDS BUT WHERE ARE THEY!" haha

  • i am sure that this guy uses speed hack!!!

  • wing chun... thats a real fighting sport that actually can use to get em with

  • Fuck UFC! its not all martial arts grappling is probably the only real martial arts being used i the ring everything else brawling. This combination of speed with power hitting pressure points or sensitive areas can easily kill this guy is good!

  • @bxrumble Did you see the Wing Chun Fighter vs the Wrestler, the Wrestler got beaten pretty easy it was ufc.

  • the bald guy is enjoying a good massage :p

  • lol

  • in kung fu speed wins over power i heard that from somewhere.

  • i can see that there are many response that saids this video is just to demostrate speed of WC. But if you think about it in a scientific way, momentum is equal to speed times mass. In other words, a faster punch is going to hurt more than a slower one. This guys punch is no doubt fast, and the fact that its aiming for the weak points of the human body makes it more dangerous. this is definitely not ownly for display purposes.

  • O.O

  • I'm never going to understand people with their shit talk on martial arts videos. A lot of what you're seeing, this included, are drills. Drills are things used in physical activities that require skill, martial arts included, in order to develop the skills needed for their respective activities. This isn't fighting, this is a drill used to develop striking speed. People are kind enough to allow their training to be put on video, and all they get in return is disrespect. Unfortunate.

  • @plarles

agreed. like cooking. you use how to cut things with knife to different shape/size first, then cut it quickly....so if people who watch other people showing how to cut things in cooking training video say this is not cooking(or useless), they can't see the important of small parts

  • @plarles well said and completely true

the people who disrespect, are immature and lack some self discipline. which martial art classes can give..it's what you learn.

  • @plarles Thank you for that...I really am gonna stop reading all comments on martial arts videos, it's demoralising and turns martial arts into the alpha-male bull-shit that it really shouldn't be.

  • @plarles sorry. thumbs down by accident.

  • @plarles Finally, you sir, are one of the first here on youtube that make SENSE... It's annoying as hell to see people talk shit about martial arts: Just like a guy in a comment said:

All martial arts survived because they proved themselves on the battlefield........

So at all the douchebags: Quit bitching and start learning -.-

  • @plarles

    You are right

Seriously, the reason why anyone has to use drills is because you get more practice then lets say practicing in a real fight and injuring your sparing partner

  • @plarles word! People should support each other. We are all martial brothers united under the same sky!

  • Tommy Carruthers has similar speed and power as Bruce Lee, he learned and he is truly JKD practioner, so if you want to know how Bruce Lee trained or his physical feats, i say look at Tommy Carruthers who is the closest thing to Bruce Lee and this other guy called Sifu Morten is very quick as well, they both have equal and impressive speed.... But Bruce Lee was better....

  • Tommy Carruthers has similar speed and power as Bruce Lee, he learned and he is truly JKD practioner, so if you want to know how Bruce Lee trained or his physical feats, i say look at Tommy Carruthers who is the closest thing to Bruce Lee and this guy called Sifu Morten is very quick as well.....

  • ha... u can do as fast as you want if the opponent is not reacting

  • @chiu000 As if you could respond to his hits anyway. He would knock you out before you realised you were fighting.

  • @yoshiguy123 don't you see it in the video? the guy on the right is just a dummy. he stops his hands and let the sifu performs. yeah he's fast, but it's not about fighting. great show tho'!

  • Yes , it's a drill to display speed. But it's obviously trained for a reason. Even if the opponent isn't a dummy and is coming at you with a series of punches, once the WC guy has made the contact(bridged the gap), then he can execute his series of counter strikes(as in the video). that's when the training comesinto it's purpose. You can see it in any WC sparring match(WC against WC).

  • if its not the best way to fight u swing on one of these dudes and see if all thos throat chops and hits dont fuck you up and then tell us not the best way to fight. Almost any experienced ,artial artist could beat the shit out of any of you average fighters claiming to be hard asses

  • i was helping a friend who was former kung fu champion around 2001 i think.... anyway my point is that his hand were not as fast as that dude buuuuttt he hit this guy other guy that was sparring in 3 secs with two punches!!! i filmed it but ive lost the tape man the impact. a right to the ribs and left to the jaw then lights out night night :)

  • Wow, thats fast!
