Its actually a right handed guitar he plays upside down, thats why he has such a cool guitar sound. If you look closely you can see the thicker strings are at the bottom...

I saw Kerbdog numerous times when they toured with Helmet back in the mid 90's. Carmac blew me away with his sound, and unique style. To play a righty strung guitar upside down with such skill is unbelievable! Great band, great tune, its a shame we never got more from such an original band, from an era where music was original. Ireland should be proud of Kerddog!
