Thanks a bunch! I've been dreading having to replace mine all week and thank goodness I saw your video before going out tomorrow to buy a new one. Mine didn't have the allen wrench slot and I really didn't know how it worked inside so I actually tried to spin it with a screw driver, the wrong direction no less, but that didn't work at all of course. Tried a segment of a broom handle and with a few spins it was freed. Ah-lah!
Damn. I tried the hex key and the broom trick. Verified that the wheels spin. Still hums, doesn't spin. :(
