Great look! I have been a fan of afterglow for a while. The cameo shade matches me perfectly too!

I never really cared that my brushes were animal hair until I tried the Afterglow kabuki. Now I will only buy synthetic brushes because they are so much softer and do not have breakage or shed.

Ecotools = animal hair brushes, but cruelty free, and they use recycled aluminum and bamboo. I like them very much, just posting this so your viewers see other types of brushes. :]

Animal hair brushes can't be "cruelty free". I don't think PETA or Leaping Bunny would consider animal hair brushes "cruelty free". Animal hair brushes DO take advantage of animals. Most animal hair brushes are made in China and god knows from what or how

they are actually getting that animal hair. I have seen some horrible stories of this on TV.

I LOVE that Afterglow offers eco/organic cosmetics and sells VEGAN (no animal hair) cosmetics brushes

Tell that to the authorized "peta approved" on their products and other cosmetic lines like "medusa's make up" Animals of all sorts get trimmed, cut, razored. Now who's to say that hair cant be useful? I'd rather know that these animals get regular haircuts, are fed, peta approved in their care and alive rather than thrown out into the streets or killed.
