I think you're referring to gender. The gender that's most dominant in the father's family has more bearing on what gender the child will be, but not it's race. You'll never see a dark skinned black woman have a blonde haired, blue-eyed, white child if the father is white with blonde hair and blue-eyes.
Being mixed, aside from making you biologically resistant to many diseases and genetically recessive traits, also broadens your experiences and perspective, Also being bicultural, binational and presumably bilingual gives you so much to draw from & so many advantages. I think people who define themselves by WHAT & not WHO they are just sort of backward and sad. Being mixed is a gift even if sometimes its hard, it'll make you stronger & wiser.

I attended international schools my whole life and almost everyone was mixed so I never felt left out. I think you should identify as you like. It's a shame that this country has such a rich racial history (racial integration is not new, though everyone acts as if it is) and we like to deny it and separate everyone into neat little boxes. The truth is, we're all a rich tapestry and anyone who appreciates who they are, should be able to do so.

Im half African and Half Indonesian. For the most part, asians have always accepted me, but blacks always had a problem with me. I'd always get the "you aint black" remarks, which i'd reply with "you're right, im not, im african". Then they'd be like "oh, what you think you're superior now?" and im like wtf? lol so I always affiliated myself as being asian and had a resentment towards the other.
but when i got to high school i said f*ck it all, im not black, and im not asian, I am Blasian lol

I think you're referring to gender. The gender that's most dominant in the father's family has more bearing on what gender the child will be, but not it's race. You'll never see a dark skinned black woman have a blonde haired, blue-eyed, white child if the father is white with blonde hair and blue-eyes.

Being mixed, aside from making you biologically resistant to many diseases and genetically recessive traits, also broadens your experiences and perspective, Also being bicultural, binational and presumably bilingual gives you so much to draw from & so many advantages. I think people who define themselves by WHAT & not WHO they are just sort of backward and sad. Being mixed is a gift even if sometimes its hard, it'll make you stronger & wiser.

I personally think people aren't mixed if they have white genes because they either lighten the colours of the skin hair etc or maybe do nothing at all.

Her mix is so beautiful. I know another girl with the same linage and she is even hotter. The Japanese genes are aggressive and dominant and will usually limit the expression of the other genes in the mix to a large extent so the person looks Japanese. ^^ Well mixed race kids like us have stronger genes. We have all positive dominant genes and none of the bad stuff. I attended international schools my whole life and almost everyone was mixed so I never felt left out. TBH the single race kids felt left out because they didn't have much to talk about when it came to heritage.

I'm multiracial (white/black/asian) I can relate to your story--I had a similar experience when we lived in Chicago for about 6 months, and I tried to fit in at a black school--being rejected at 10 years old was a terrible experience. Im half African and Half Indonesian. For the most part, asians have always accepted me, but blacks always had a problem with me. I'd always get the "you aint black" remarks, which i'd reply with "you're right, im not, im african". Then they'd be like "oh, what you think you're superior now?" and im like wtf? lol so I always affiliated myself as being asian and had a resentment towards the other.
but when i got to high school i said f*ck it all, im not black, and im not asian, I am Blasian lol
