Doesnt look like a 42 inch running vert. I would beleive that u have a standing vert of 32 however. Theres no way u have a 10 inch difference between your standing and running when your a two foot jumper.

to be honest i dont train my 'vert' too often because the best way to do that is plyometrics(squat jumps,lunge jumps, depth jumps..etc) but i currently do weight training 5 days a week(2 days legs)...for best results combine the two

A few months ago i did plyometrics 2x a week for 4 weeks and my vertical skyrocketed up 6 inches. I found myself dunking alot easier, but i still havent got that ingame dunk..:P..haha i want it so bad...Oh and i weightrain my legs once in awhile
