actually I work in Ny timewarner and we handle ny region and bergen county nj such as hudson valley area, 5 boroughs on nyc and bergen county NJ ,..if you call a NYC region from Detroit even though she wasnt very helpful because we can call a # to enter your zip code to get your local office # it was correct that she wasnt able to help, they may not do that where your from for twc but not every region has that ability yet

Thanks for the funny video. I have worked in the call center industry on and off since 1991 and can relate to this video. The rep did not even try to help you. If I did something like this on the phone I would get talked to by a supervisor. Thank you for the post on You Tube.

Thank You for that. People won't understand unless they have worked for them. We helped Brighthouse, Insight and all of the other call centers. She could have tried to help me even if I wasn't in her district. She could have at least gave me the right number. She failed.

Time Warner really sucks in Albany too...but just call and complain and they give free movies...I found a stack of free movie coupons when they were at Dave Matthews in June so me and 300 friends will get free movies

hey reggie thats funny as shit dude i work for twc also (in wisconsin) and i have done this in my division. the phone service is a joke i would lve to tell every customer to stay away from the dig phone half the time it doesnt even work....hehehehe

And we really did take calls from Insight,Brighthouse and just Time Warner. I worked for the company and understand how the company works. It's a prank call people.
