@J2897Tutorials That's not what I'm saying. This video is titled "How to Hack", when all you're doing is cracking wep. Cracking wep is among the easiest things to do, even if you don't have any networking experience at all: can you really call that "hacking?"

BackTrack is what's known as a 'Linux Distribution' (a modified version of GNU/Linux). There are literately Thousands of different Linux Distribution's available, and the vast majority are Free. VMware allow's you to install an Operating System inside an Operating System.
