  • You look wonderful! I would never have guessed you weighed that much looking at your first photos! You must be tall! I am 5'9" and I had to weigh around 142 to look that good! But I am not big boned; I'm medium boned. Keep up the good work, but don't get skinny, LOL!

  • wow! great job & very inspiring to me! Thnx!!!

  • damn! You have a lucky man!

  • LORD HAVE MERCY. SEXXXXXX EEEEE. BUT, I FEEL YOU ARE EVEN MORE SENSUAL NOW. VA VA VA VOOM. OXOX. BEST TO YOU AND THE FAMILY.

  • You naturally have a beautiful body. When you were heavier, you still had curves.

  • u look amazing. Good luck on getting the rest of the weight off. Thank u for sharing ur experience.

  • is this another slim diet dotCom marketing video?

  • No way were you 165 lbs. That equates to 75kg (11.8st), not a chance in those pics were you close to that. I'm male 10.8st (68kg) 151 lbs and I'm much bigger than you were then, are you sure?

  • @Neutrinoghost Most definitely! I have large bone structure and lots of muscle from playing sports all my life. Right now I'm around 178 lbs.

  • @GreenMomZoe ..Great video! I am 5'4"..155 and a size 4...nobody believes my weight; like you said large bones and lots of muscle...trying to lose a little middle I got once I hit 45 Y/0..juicing and working out! 50 in June...! Definitely inspiring! K

  • @GreenMomZoe You look amazing! I like to see us taller women representing. You definitely don't need to be 120 lbs to be slim and healthy.

  • @GreenMomZoe are you tall?

  • @GreenMomZoe

Истинска Българска Амазонка! Поздравления Зоя! Крайно време е да спрем да убиваме животните.

  • @Neutrinoghost She looks like a solid lady...I wouldn't doubt her weight

  • :-) Great video!

    Ka

  • @rawfoodfamilylife Thanks Ka! Much love to you and your wonderful family. :-)

  • Your curves are amazing! Your bone structure is almost exactly like mine. Are you part Native American Indian? Im African Amreican with a touch of Choctaw Indian so even at my smallest weight I appear thicker than most women. However, my curves and bone structure are amazing from what I've heard when I am in shape. You have really inspired me and I cant wait to get started. Hugs

  • @QUEENATUEDS On no, I am 100% full-blooded Bulgarian! But I appreciate the complement. :-)

  • love your bdy, just right

  • You were beautiful then and you are beautiful now!

  • U love your body looks nice ... Well I love curvy women but then again I am Latin:) beijos

  • hehe, when we first came to earth))

I loved the way you put that.

  • pls forgive me, and I think I may have made the mistake by not finishing your video! I do feel uncomfortable b/c I almost feel like its horrible to have children b/c what pregnancy does to the human body. I feel so many women are so concerned with vanity, and how they look...maybe most women that feel this way shouldnt have kids at all!

  • @mrdave777 Excuse me??? I'm forcing myself to forgive you because you totally missed the point of my video. I DO NOT REGRET EVER giving birth to my precious child! I would do it again and again in a heartbeat even if that means gaining 50 lbs. in the process. Wanting to lose the pregnancy weight and getting back in shape is not a vanity issue for a woman. It's a personal choice that a man could not possibly understand. Just because we give birth doesn't mean we should let ourselves go

  • @GreenMomZoe Thank you for the response, and I apologize for offending you! I also question what the "normal" woman feels like after having kids, who doesnt even compare to how you LOOKED before having kids? In other words, the way you looked before pregnancy, maybe 1/100 women even LOOK like that! I just wonder how much energy is healthy, into looking like you did before, when maybe that time should be devoted to the child themselves, and not so much yourself? just a question?

  • @mrdave777 It's unwise to make generalizations here because every woman is beautiful in her own way and what she chooses to do with her body during/post pregnancy is a private decision. Could you judge the mother who prefers to stay at higher weight and feel comfortable with it? Or the celebrity mom who is under tremendous pressure to lose the weight and go back to work? Unless you are in their shoes, the judgement holds no value. Children are #1 priority nonetheless.

  • @GreenMomZoe I appreciate your opinions, as its apparent that I have my own :) Although I think the like vs dislikes in your videos can always be used as a general consensus of what your viewers feel, in how they agree vs disagree! Thank you for your time!

  • congratulations. You look amazing! I am sure you will reach your pre-preganancy weight soon..!

  • you need to juice darling, just raw fooding isnt really enough lol.lol

doinga good job mommy spreading the word, do you juice at all or just eat the rabbit food lol only joking you have a great viewing so people are waking up. just to ask whats your views on g.m food? are we still getting the nutrients from genetically modified veg etc?..

  • @louislestat123 Good questions. I take it that you did not watch my other videos or know that since then I have found my own line of premium living foods RAWbundant. Not only do I juice daily but I also teach classes on it and provide fresh juice services to the local community in New Jersey. As for GMO food, I do NOT include soy or corn in any of my products. Now you know my views on juicing and GMO foods.

  • Keep doing what you're doing! I'm inspired!

  • You are wonderful! I appreciate the message you give about personal power, and I believe more people need this way of thinking presented to them. Keep it up! :)

  • I've been eating low carb which for me means NO sugar, grains, starchy veggies, but plenty of protein and fresh veggies, and very little fruit. I have more energy than I've had in a long time. I think we're all wired a little differently so some of us can live well on raw, while others of us thrive on high cooked protein. Good health to all! Forgot to say - You look great!

  • can you post video of you naked? or where can i see them, thank you..

  • @MrChaguelito Please do not degrade the work I'm doing here. It's insulting! If you want naked women, go search porn sites that are flooded with what you want. You won't find it here.

  • great job ... thanks for the inspiration

  • Are you russian?

  • @starsfound No. Bulgarian. :-)

  • @starsfound No, I am Bulgarian.

  • @GreenMomZoe From Sofia?

  • You are a great spokesperson! Good job!

  • Raw food diet is definitely better than the SAD diet. However if you want an even better diet with which you can get a perfect body and health then you should switch on to Paleo diet. Megan Fox's body is a good example of Paleo and that's the kind of diet which humans used for almost 2 million years while they evolved. It's not the fat that makes people unhealthy and overweight, it's the carbohydrates.

  • @Serb1anArchangel There is absolutely nothing wrong with carbohydrates in the form of fruits, vegetables and whole grains such as quinoa.

  • Oh, God this might to make me give up these whole wheat pancakes and that pasta that I love so much... not that I am fat, I am only 139 lbs (5ft 7), but that little flabby bulge... urgh :P

  • wow looking good

  • what is the master cleanse exactly

  • I think it would be better for you to loose weight gradually. BTW Even after pregnancy you looked OK :) Of course, there were few extra kilograms on you, but that's perfectly normal. I lied what you said about eating raw food not being a diet but a lifestyle. Keep up the good work :)

PS. Do you do vegetable juices and shakes as well?

  • Congrats! you're going the right way :)

Keep it up girl! you look awesome :)

  • WOW you Look Amazing!

  • Lol, looks like Sam took Logic 101. Good job Zoe! You inspire me!

  • So I don't get it. You went raw and now are fatter, can you explain?

  • @SunsetRC No. I gained weight during my pregnancy which I wasn't able to lose afterward. It was not until I adopted a high raw diet that I finally started shedding the excess pounds and get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm only 10 lbs. heavier which I think is FAR less from your definition of fat.

  • @GreenMomZoe you're rediculously hot!!!!

  • @GreenMomZoe u look great.did u work out too and what foods in detail did u eat and what is the master cleanse exactly

  • @GreenMomZoe I honestly don't think that person watched the video, you look fantastic!

  • @GreenMomZoe he was just trying to be mean. I think you look great. :)

  • @SunsetRC pay attention u idiot

  • @SunsetRC She looked hot to me in the "before" pictures, and still hot in the after pictures, sooooooo I sure wouldn't describe EITHER as "fat". (Err, no offense for calling you that Green)

  • @SunsetRC Obviously you didn't watch the entire video.

  • wish my gut was as little as yours~ you look like a GODDESS ! ! ! gorgeous girl :)))

  • How much did your baby weigh?? 55 pounds!!! :-) You look great, you have good genes...please don't get to thin, you look how a woman should look...your body is very sexy and sensual.

  • You look perfect. I'm not a big fan of women any leaner then that.

  • You look good. Fads - Any diet which is broadly restrictive and requires bizarre treatment of food is a Fad Diet. Our species has always cooked food. Before we WERE Homo Sapiens Sapiens we were eating meat, eggs and eating cooked food.

  • U look great

  • very Nice!!

  • You look better in this video than you did pre-pregnancy, and I mean that as a compliment. You look amazing :)

  • You look great!

  • 174 lbs, but what is your height?

  • @wxyzxdll 5'11"

  • @GreenMomZoe I knew you were tall! I'm 6'0 and 174 is about where i'm at so i could tell. CONGRATS on your achievement! I want to get down to 145 though, 164 looked great on you but for me it would be to heavy. Im 168 from 185 and i hope 145 isnt too skinny.

  • @GreenMomZoe That explains it, tall lady. I'm 5' 6.5". You look lovely.

    Take care,

    Peter

  • @wxyzxdll Zoe is 5'11"

  • wow! no stretch marks at all, lucky girl. i have to ask since you looked so stunning at 165, how tall are you?

  • @jheetman 5'11"

  • hello nice info ,is that some kabucha tea in that jar

  • Looking hot!

  • Very beautiful in all of your pictures!

  • You look great, i have just gone veggie.i just read eat right for your blood type,i have R negative,in the book it states i need to eat meat.? A little confused now, have you heard of that?

  • MILF!

  • Superb Zoe.As Dr Sherry Rogers says "You are what you`ve eaten" .Have you had a 25hydroxy vitD3 test?Ok I`m a lot older and male but my levels were down to 20,almost as low as some meat eaters I know ,but got them back up to 90 first year with sun alone and then this year with vegan D3 supplements.I would advise anyone who is not happy with who/how they are,to stop using their stomach as an animal graveyard.I wish I could persuade my 35 yo partner to eat properly for her health at least.

  • @essenebread No, I have not had that test but plan on doing a complete blood test. It's been two years since we have not touched meat and my latest food poisoning saga with farm-raised salmon solidified why animal products just can't be trusted anymore. Good for you!

  • @GreenMomZoe.One comprehensive US blood test,c$800,reveals just about everything. My epidemiologist dad reckons there`s only 2 individuals in Australia who can interpret those results.

Out of 1000`s he`s treated whom Big Pharma hadn`t quite finished off,his 1st line of action is a hair analysis. He uses a US lab,not UK or Australia. Results are fascinating!Quick, cheap test which traces back to a particular trade/hobby/pharmaceutical treatment/environmental heavy metal contamination + much more :)

  • You look good! 6:20

  • Thank you so much! I am so happy I found you! Today is day 1 for me with the master cleanse and your videos are very encouraging! Great job!

  • Bravo!! :))

  • Thank you! I am also a tall woman and, I have struggled with my share of body image issues. It's inspiring to see a healthy, beautiful woman share what a normal, healthy weight is for a tall woman. It's awesome to see women publicly accepting and loving their bodies! Eating real food helps us love ourselves too!

  • what a fucking life..u partner must be proud of u, showing the body to the world population, what a low character and integrity...

  • @Sam10947 Your comment speaks VOLUMES about your character more so than mine. Here is something I wrote not long ago: "Nobody can offend you if you understand that what they project on you is what they carry within themselves." QUITE FITTING!

  • @GreenMomZoe

This statement is false, this statement is absolute, and it only takes one example of someone who's not as u described to render it false, not only false, it is dangerous as it u put it forward by argument from authority, the latter being some psychologists who like to advance it, but psychology isn't sceince it tries to cling to psychiatry and statistics to sound scientific. furthermore, how did u know it is within themselves, did u get into their inners and found out, prove it

  • @GreenMomZoe

this fallacy...remains unfounded, simple example, if someone condemns pedophiles, does tha mean they project it into themselves...it looks like u don't stimulate ur critical thinking enough. some food for thoughts

  • @GreenMomZoe Very True

  • @Sam10947 STFU and go kill yourself

  • @Sam10947 What a moron. It takes guts to get out there and show your body to the world. Crawl back under your rock and suffer you a-hole. I'm guessing your whole issue is one based on jealousy. (Good on you Greenmomzoe!! I think you are brave and you have my respect.)

  • @Sam10947 as an american ex pat living abroad, I can understand you being hurt when somebody is comfortable with their body. Honestly I would of probably acted like you, rather aggresive. Many cultures are comfortable with their body - many americans are not, as I wasn't either until I learned that our bodies aren't 'heathenly'. Its hard to see it when you are surrounded with people that view the human body as 'filthy'. Your don't have to be like that, its your choice.

  • @Sam10947 She's not advertising sex..she's promoting health...thing is your mind is sooo much in the sex gutter you cant see past sex when you see a near naked body (not that sex is a bad thing either)..so the person with low character and integrity is you.Try to grow up some more..stop trolling people who are trying to share a positive experience. Instead of looking at what people do pay attention to the motives behind it instead. Go to hell with your sexist misogynist bullshit.

  • @TheQueenIsWithin You nailed it! I couldn't have said it better. It's time that women start respecting and portraying themselves as more than sex objects. Beauty is not in the physical attributes but in the way a woman feels and handles herself. A confident woman is much more attractive than an insecure "hot" babe.

  • You look great. I have been researching on raw food diet. But like you may just do 60-70%, just that the meats must not have chemicals in them which most of them on the market now are.

  • Looking great! Good job! I understand that, once you´ve known what it feels like to have a great physique, it´s not easy to give up the desire to keep it. I don´t think it´s unhealthy so long as it does not become the center of your universe. Stay on track...

  • @josepablobolanos Thanks! Will do! :-)

  • First of all, you are gorgeous. Keep a little bit of chub on your frame, nobody likes a super skinny female.

If you have young boys, I URGE you to keep them away from a 100% raw diet. Young ladies tend to flourish on vegan diets, whilst boys and men wither away and become emaciated, pale, weak, 110 lb. skeletons.

Great job, your husband is probably psyched!

  • @CaliforniaCarpenter7 Thank you! Very good point. Our family eats about 60-70% raw so we still keep some cooked meals in our diet. Not all foods are absorbed properly in raw form. You can't eat many grains, potatoes or root vegetables raw. It's really about keeping a balanced diet.

  • You look great. I am currently eating fruits and vegetable only and am considering converting to this way of life permanently. This was inspirational. I have lost a little of 14 lbs since January 4 of this year. Check out my videos if you get a chance.

  • Looking good! I want you!

  • inspiring video....keep it up!!

  • Great for you, people just do not understand it is not only about loosing weight but getting processed foods out of our lives that make us healthier people

  • How tall are you?

  • @nancydrew999 I've answered this question like dozen of time but here it is again - 5'11".

  • Go you! I didn't watch all of the video, kinda sifted through it- you look great!

  • What about freeze dried vegetables and fruits? I know it's not the same as RAW but is it possible to incorporate that in this diet?

  • my god! did the baby weigh 13 lbs and have a mustache when he was born??

  • ur hot

  • I think you are overly conscious about how you look. We don't have to be Barbie skinny. Barbie is an anorexic. And we don't have to be so big as an elephant. But having love handles? So what? If you don't publish my comment, tell me why.

  • @shanna1950 No, we don't need to be Barbie-looking or anorexic BUT we have to be at healthy weight for our body type. As a former athlete and still a very active person, I am not so much preoccupied with the superficial exterior as much as the TOTAL BODY HEALTH. I'm talking about eat plant-based diet, exercising, working a fulfilling job, enjoying your family, and thriving spiritually. This IS what I promote in all my videos!

  • You look very nice.

  • what about the missing piece of his ass at 1:45

  • Fantastic Job. You look great.

  • i went from 125 to 210 when i got pregnant! you looked so beautiful when you were pregnant!

  • Humans do not need meat or dairy products.

  • @ll1lI It has less to do with eating meat & dairy than it does with eating the meat & dairy that we do. Hunter gathers ate meat, but it came from animals that also ate naturally. It was lean healthy meat. They weren't caged, force fed unnatural diets, or dosed with hormones & drugs. Same thing with dairy. It came straight from a naturally fed, healthy cow or goat daily and used in it's raw form. It wasn't pasteurized to destroy the enzymes or homogenized to create unsafe lipid profiles.

  • 4:12 , I can hear many zippers undoing haha trust me , no men are getting offended!

  • thank you for the video - very inspiring :-)

  • Drop down to 135. Perfect weight for you. Good luck.

Keep up the great work. You can see my journey at saltmarshcleanse. com

  • Drop down to 135. Perfect weight for you. Good luck.

  • @ulostwhenusat Not every female needs to weigh close to 130 lbs. At my "fighting weight" I weighed 140 pounds, had a 26" waist, and I am only 5'6" (I am now 148, still losing, and fit into a size 6). This woman looks fantastic, has a beautiful figure, and looks like she has more lean mass than the average woman and has broader shoulders and upper body which I think looks incredible! Keep up the good work Green Mom Zoe!!!

  • looking great ! sexy sexy !!

  • Correct Me If I'm Wrong. I Don't Believe The Number On The Scale Matter As Much As What You Look Like. People Carry Weight Differently. Some People May Look Really Big At 174 And You Look AMAZING At 174! I Became Really Inspired By Your Videos! Thank You Soooo Much! By The Way I Love The Name Denzin And I Love Your Accent!

  • I'm more of an advocate of eating what you can afford and in moderate amounts.

  • good for you!

  • Cool you look great. I have been vegetarian for 2.5 months and feel the difference. lost 4 lbs and inches of my waist. Eventually I want to get to a raw vegan diet. A nice story for inspiration :)

  • Im growiing some kale indoors right now under growlights... Do a video on how you make ur kale chips :):):):) lol...

  • What a gorgeous Milf! :)

  • You're really hot. Your husband is lucky ! I'm m juicing now and the results are amazing!!

  • you look pretty good either way and ur lucky that u dnt get stretchmarks

  • i am so proud of you. good job!

  • 174 lbs? That doesn't sound (look) right. There's no way you were 165 lbs before being pregnant. Looked more like 105. Anyway, congratulations, you look great.

  • @grievousangel09 She's 5'11"! She'd keel over at 105! I'm 5'3" and people started asking me if i was sick when i weighed 110.

  • Wow, you look great and it shows! What a compassionate, healthy hottie!

  • nut cheeze sounds delish...

  • All you eat is fruit and vegetables?

  • @TheLn70 MUCH MORE then that! Desserts, shakes, sunburgers, nut cheezes, flax crackers, kale chips, etc. I even launched my own line of products RAWbundant as a result of my successful transformation.

  • See..hope everyone paid close attention..you too can look this hot! naturally. without all the quick fix pills and potions!!

  • I hope she doesn't eat raw meat (and/or eggs, milk, ...)

  • @9snaker Raw food diet is predominantly plant-based diet. There is no consumption of any raw animal products.

  • @GreenMomZoe

    good for her/you/whoever

  • @GreenMomZoe ever heard of raw milk? lol

  • @9snaker You can eat raw meat eggs and dairy. I do :) Ppl eat raw fish all the time as sushi.

  • Something is not right, several pictures look 'photoshoped' I am not saying you are a liar, I am just pointing out that you went overboard with your 'touch ups'. @01:45 that dudes ear comes to a point at the top, at least it looks like it does, I thought he was an elf, LOL. In any case stop doing the 'touch ups' because 'asshats' will use it as ammo to shoot down the fact that Raw Fruit and Vegetables is the best thing you can do for your health. Lastly, CONGRATS on meeting your goal!

  • @xinecallaw You cracked me up here. First of all, I do not own any photoshopping software nor do I know how to use one. No one ever said anything about photoshopping my images until you mentioned. I can see why you thought Mark's ("Dude") ear looks like elf because there are yellow tree leaves behind it. Couldn't you make that differentiation? So don't worry, NO PHOTOSHOPPING was done. All images are as "raw" as you can get. P.S. Thank you for the nice comment at the end. :-)

  • @xinecallaw why would someone give themselves "elf ears" as a touchup? rhetorical question.

  • @xinecallaw really baked?

  • @xinecallaw next time u think u are being nice "rude" send it in pvt. msg

  • How tall are you?

  • @ebryant929699 I'm 5'11".

  • Great job...wow...!!! your so dedicated....you look fantastic!!

  • you look great/ I will join you

    on master cleanse

  • From where I stand you look great in th eb4 AND after, diff body styles. Your Husbnad is a lucky guy!

  • you look great! way to go!

  • Thanks for the video, you seem a nice person and you look stunning. I'm a guy of 48 and have been overweight for about 15 years now . I've already lost two stone through eating fruit and using a treadmill. From 1st January I'm starting a raw food juicer diet and hope I can stick to it. Good luck to us all eh.

  • You looked like a plastic babe before getting pregnant, and now after birth and the raw food diet you look perfect.

  • WOW!!

  • your body gave it's all for your child -- and that is very loving and beautiful

  • you still had a good body shape you go girl

  • After having my second son few years ago I weighed the same as you afterwards. You look only a little bit smaller than what I am now. :) I only have a few pounds I want to lose I cant wait to get my body back :)

  • @markanddana You should join me doing Master Cleanse in January. We are doing it as a group. Search for me on Facebook -> Zoe's Master Cleanse Group.

  • @GreenMomZoe Hi zoe! congradulations on your baby and your new lifestyle.PLEASE tell me what is a master cleanse and how tall are you because i would have to weigh 130 or less to have a stomach like yours and im round the same weight as you :( i guess im short?

  • Good for you..Keep at it..come see my facebook page called One Fruit At a Time and press LIKE and share it too. I give Free motivating health and fitness tips every day. Nice to see how well you are doing!

  • It does not matter what you eat but how you eat. no doctor can tell any one any diff. there are too many girls that look at pics of other women and they want to look like them and i think its worng. untill all these diets and sugerys we had to live what god gave us and now if you dont look a certian way your made fun of. all you need is food and exercise, so moms and dads put your kids outside and get them of the couch.

  • @arng31 "It does not matter what you eat but how you eat." WHAT??? LOADED STATEMENT! I don't event want to go there because I can write you a dissertation to challenge that very statement. Please refrain from generalizing too much.

  • "As I was getting pregnant"...lol...... you are still are a beautiful woman with one lucky man standing beside you :)

  • Wow! Beautiful work!

  • Yes, The American diet is killing us ! Cardiologist have no patient shortage here! I personally feel less pain (fibromyalgia) when I eat a diet filled with fresh raw foods. I think that wellness is even more important then the bonus of weight loss and slinder prefered American looks.
