@steeveeC15 Stop being a blowhard- she might have had to run and check multiple spots. I live two blocks from the beach and always drive, especially in the winter because it is safer and if there is an emergency I am better suited to react to it. Plus, you can lock your stuff up. Last time I was in California somebody went through my bookbag and stole my iPod. I agree it is necessary to save the environment and reduce my carbon footprint when I can, but she is not a poor an example for driving.
