The nickle is then shipped overseas and made into a foam, then shipped to Japan. The parts and etc are then shipped back. They say that the footprint from one Prius is worse than the footprint of a Land Rover Discovery. Either way that truck is sick...go diesel and don't look back!

Yeah It is a one of custom motor not really a cummins either lol. The thing is in the class the motor has to come stock in a 3/4 or 1 ton truck. Which to my knowledge you can only custom order a cummins in a 350 or lower you can get them in the 650 I know that but you can also get the Cat in the 650 so I was hoping it was going to be a CAT. So in my opinion it should be a powerstroke in it. But who knows obviously they have found a loophole?
THIS IS THE MOTOR. It's a Billet block. Big ass block of steel was cut into a 5.9L Block. It has Billet rods and a one piece billet crank cap. OEM crank, Billet cam, ross pistons and a 24V cummins Head. I think this motor puts up like 1900hp... most of the work was done from an ohio shop and dyno'd in ohio, plus a twin turbo setup from columbus diesel. The loophole is that the NTPA said it was ok cause the rule states it has to be an oem block or a replica, and it's a close enough 'replica'

Diesel emits about 15% more pollutants per gallon than gasoline, further more, the new low sulfur diesel requires more crude to produce than previous diesel fuels. DPF's and urea are designed to help remove these pollutants and make diesels more clean, but rednecks remove these devices because they think the smoke is "cool"

@xmodrock btw, I don't drive a prius, I drive an suv that gets 11 mpg. I wouldn't mind having a diesel if it got better mileage and I surely wouldn't remove any of the devices to make it burn cleaner, but then again I'm not a redneck that makes cold start up revving movies! lol

@djkiptap why does everyone think i sound like an old redneck.. lmfao even my friends said that.. lol .. but hey.. the DPF doesn't make it run more efficiently or cleaner.. all the shit just gets stuck in the filter and blocks exhuast ;-) take it off and your truck smokes a bit but not as bad in this video.. this truck is dumping alot of fuel into the engine and its a performance tune my truck will never smoke like that.. ;-) he didn't take shit off he tuned the truck lmfao

@ZzDe0 Actually burning anything intruduces chemicals into the ozone. Anyone who buys a combustion engine vehicle doesn't care about the earthas much as they say they do. Shit. Alot of tree huggers drive to their little meetings in cars themselves. I'm not a tree hugger but I do understand the vehicles are really bad. And they're for lazy people. Closet store to me is a 2 hour walk. I've never owned a vehicle and I'm 22. Lol. I'm probably more fit then half the American nation. Lol.

It wasn't made by Ohio CAT, motor was CNC'd by an ohio shop, Ohio CAT is just the sponsor. Thats the only relation to CAT it has. 08 Ford fiberglass body

Im still pissed its not a CAT it should of been a c7 CAT. Its going to have to be me to build one. Dont get me wrong I driv a cummins and love it But it would be nice to see something different for once.

ive heard it was a one off all custom made engine by ohio cat. it dont make any sence way they would use cummins parts on a cat sponsered truck

Yeah It is a one of custom motor not really a cummins either lol. The thing is in the class the motor has to come stock in a 3/4 or 1 ton truck. Which to my knowledge you can only custom order a cummins in a 350 or lower you can get them in the 650 I know that but you can also get the Cat in the 650 so I was hoping it was going to be a CAT. So in my opinion it should be a powerstroke in it. But who knows obviously they have found a loophole?

THIS IS THE MOTOR. It's a Billet block. Big ass block of steel was cut into a 5.9L Block. It has Billet rods and a one piece billet crank cap. OEM crank, Billet cam, ross pistons and a 24V cummins Head. I think this motor puts up like 1900hp... most of the work was done from an ohio shop and dyno'd in ohio, plus a twin turbo setup from columbus diesel. The loophole is that the NTPA said it was ok cause the rule states it has to be an oem block or a replica, and it's a close enough 'replica'
