Yep. I don't recognize the tune by name, but it's a simple litte AABA thing similar to a lot of Tin Pan Alley pop of the era, though here performed in a nice hot style. The tune is certainly not at all the old standard "Shanty in Old Shanty Town".

Quite a fun performance however. Thanks for sharing this.

Well, that is the only name I've been able to find for this video. There isn't a lot of info available on this band.

But according to the sources I've been able to find that is the correct title.

I know it isn't the more famous song called in a shanty in old shanty town, but it wouldn't be the first time that different songs had the same title.
