However Hazard is ready for a move, and even though the entire europe is chasing after him, I think he won't mind coming to Arsenal at all (if the gunners are willing to pay). Hazard wants to play for Madrid or Barca eventually, but he will be with the gunner for atleast 4-6 years, and when he does leave later, the transfer fee will make it all worthwhile.

As a bundesliga fan and arsenal supporter i would most warmly recommend Reus. He has a release clause in his contract for 18 million € and this should really be a snapcall for any topclub in europe. There is no way they are getting Götze, he will stay for at least one more season in Dortmund. Draxler just turned 18 and is a great talent but still especially physically not ready for the premier league. Reus would be perfect for arsenal, he is already alot better than Gervinho.IMO.
@propose86 Why do we need Subotic? He can only play CB and we already have Vermaelen and Mertesacker there. Although that partnership hasn't been the best so far, Per works very well when his partner is the aggressor, and we certainly have that in Thomas. With Laurent there to push them to play well or risk being dropped. We don't need another CB to only have him warm the bench, we need versatile guys who can cover for out constant injuries. Vertonghen and Vargas would be perfect.
@Arseniclam 1%? Mario has said that if he was to leave Dortmund any time soon, it would only be to Arsenal or Barcelona because he likes the style of play. Barca are not interested in him so who does that leave? The only problem is that Wenger may be put off by his price. Also, I don't think he'll leave BVB halfway through a season, but in the summer there's a real chance.
