  • I got the feeling you can widen your stance as well as your grip on the bar.

    I think you should go for a snatch grip. since that is how the weight would rest on your shoulders if you were to carry a lot of weight.

  • I'm in no way an expert on the overhead squat (I only do them for lockouts) but the bar should be held behind the head, not directly over it. The key is to tighten up the rhomboids (imagine holding a pencil between your shoulder blades) and let your head go past the bar - perhaps hold your torso a tad less vertical. Widening your grip a little closer to snatch width might help, but i'm no expert

    You also dropped into the squat a little unevenly (leading with the knees) but nothing major.
