  • I do those sitting against the wall. Shoulders must must always be against the wall when pressing. I find this keeps perfect form.

  • @damuschka A bench allows you to lean forward and take the tension off your core. Its tougher to posture up from sitting down - so if you don't have the strength/flexibility a bench is a good starting option.
