  • Gyms need more guys like this working out, I look like the alien in my gym Im very lean no gut, I only have 10-15lbs on these kinda excersizes and my breathing is focused. Novice GYM meat monkeys are dime a dozen and the majority.

  • @51iohC that i dont know, but its the same movement as a incline bent over fly... normal flys have from the start more a 90 degree angle, this is slightly less.

  • He forgot to mention that the arms should be over parallell, or else it is back training, not iso for rear deltoid. If you don't believe me, then try it yourself and feel it.

  • pinching the shoulder blades makes this work really well.

  • I can't do this with any type of weight. Its so embarrassing at the gym. I should do this at home 1st

  • Great video Scott Fitness Herman, This is another one of those exercises that most everyone does wrong at the gym. The others being squats and standing curls. Ugh. Drives me crazy. Im sure you see all these mistakes being made. You might want to point out Scott what you generally see people do wrong when doing exercises at the gym. Since none of these people think it's them. LOL.

  • For people that use heavier weights its recommended to have a belt on so that you dont put so much stress on your back.
