Your voice isn't good, but it really helped me get a better feel for the song and it's rhythm. I think you should sing more often. I basically got all of my Uke skills from you and a chord chart, please keep it up.

ukuleles are one of those instruments where you can pay as much or as little as you want. I've seen some little soprano ones for about $25, and plastic concert ones for the same. they are kinda crappy though.

I think you could get a decent one for about 60 bills, and a good one for a couple hundred.
