"Equal access to education." We already spend more per pupil educating black students than we do whites. The exception being that Detroit spends less than some of the suburbs, because black people have destroyed Detroit.

But if you look to Prince Georges County schools in the 1970's you'll see new schools built and staffed for black students, and the results are bad. But when you have black private schools which can be selective and demanding, then you get black schools with good numbers.
