When the gaming community looks back at this Gen's console wars, the part with Sony vs Anonymous will probably go down as one of the many reasons that plagued Sony's struggle to reclaim the glory days of the PS2. Nintendo Wii's sales helped it survive & the XBOX 360's games, online service and overall experience really curb stomped the PS3 & barely holding up. Sucks Sony got hacked but they've had so many problems since launch they just never recuperated & maybe have to look to a better PS4.

Its mostly good news, the bad news is that the are re-coding the whole system which takes years and they will do it in a matter of days, probably. This really was a letdown for me when I came home on friday after I picked up Socom 4. i was looking to dive right into the multiplayer, then saw the error code and facepalmed.
