Christmas pudding - it's like fruitcake, but boiled in a cheesecloth instead of baked in an oven.

Pretty tasty, usually has lots of brandy in it and is served hot with custard (or not in this case), brandy butter or brandy cream.

It also often has coins in it for good luck (unless you break a tooth on one).
