I totally understand and agree with what you're saying. I believe I put myself in the situation I am in... I just wish I didn't because now I don't know how to get out... the saddest part is I don't really want to either even though being in an uncommitted relationship makes me unhappy :(
Hi Corey. I really like these videos, but listening to something here turned me off a bit. Everyone has a past and you claim to have dogged women before. I'm wondering if you plan on making videos for men as well. You've done your dirt, but have now found your queen and are past that, so now you're turning to women and telling us to get our act together? You, the man, decided to stop being a dog. That's why you and your wife are now together. Her being a queen was only the half of it.
@AllieDangerCat Thank you for writing critical feedback, which I feel is definitely needed. To answer your question, my purpose of making these videos is never to tell women to "get their act together". If you watch my episodes from the first one, you will see I give women an insight into how men think and I try to give them tools to deal with men who don't treat them right. I never put the blame on women, in fact I do the opposite. I tell women they are being manipulated and explain how.
@AllieDangerCat From time to time, I will say something to the nature of "ladies I need yall to step it up", meaning ladies don't settle for less than you deserve. If you are with a guy who is treating you bad, don't settle because you deserve so much more. In terms of guys, I can make videos for them. Now from a practical standpoint, guys do not traditionally come on youtube to get advice, because they do not care and are not the ones being hurt. I saw a need to help women because they resort
@coreychutney I see what you're saying about practicality, & it's certainly not your job to inspire men to change for the better. However, I generally feel that men are more prone to listen to other men (i.e., their "boys") than they're likely to listen to women. With all the videos of women bashing men, men bashing women, men advising women & women advising women, there seems to be a dearth in videos where men advise men. If the content was out there, you never know who might stumble on it.
@AllieDangerCat to pages like youtube for advice. It is my belief that I cannot make a guy change, nor will be be in a perfect society where all guys will get their act together. What I can do is help prepare women for the guys out there who do not have their best intentions in mind and are seeking them for selfish reasons. Lastly, I would like to say that I was never a "dog". I did not date multiple women at one time. When I say I did not handle relationships well or wasn't the greatest guy,
@AllieDangerCat that means that there were situations where I knew I did not want a relationship, but I did things that could have insinuated that I wanted one and the woman got attached and then I eventually moved on with my life while she had to deal with me leaving. I thought it would be best if women heard it first-hand from a guy. And I do this because so many women reached out to me for advice outside of youtube. I thought I would share what I share with them on youtube.
@AllieDangerCat Oh yeah,I was definitely blessed with my queen and I am happy. In terms of my transition to being where I was able to get her, I went through a spiritual transition, not just me wanting to be in a good relationship. I went through 3 years of not dating, repenting, purging all my past desires, staying completely abstinent, giving my life back to God, ministering to others, and then I met my Queen. I hope this shed some light on why I do what I do. We can dialogue more if you like.
@AllieDangerCat Sorry for the long message, I just wanted to try and explain. I really appreciate you for questioning me and I appreciate you watching the videos. I look forward to having more discussions with you in the future :-).
Hey corey & chutney when you say wait until a guy commits do you mean engagement? Because some men will wait around for months for you to have sex with them all while sleeping with someone else until your ready. And once they get what they want they're gone.
@MsFierce2009 Hello MsFierce, Ideally marriage would be the best in terms of when you should become sexually active with a guy. I always tell ladies that making a guy wait is not a problem for some guys because of the reason you stated. I believe that you should have a commitment from him in the eyes of God, because if he does not fulfill that commitment, then he's held accountable by God. Also marriage is a guy making a real promise that he really values you for being you and not just sex.
