It doesn't seem rediculously hard, but that's not counting physical exhaustion, and it is counting the constant bass will keep your health up nice and high like Mad Blast or Model DD6 or something. Accurately getting those snare/tom roll bits would be a pain, though.
Playing with autobass would neuter the energy bar I think.
The pattern reminds me more of Childrens Sketchbook...but it's not that similar to it.

The pattern in 0:40 - 0:42 is more reminiscent of "over there" than "Kodomo no Rakugaki Chou".
The the snare/tom rolls look a bit less retarded than that of Concertino in Blue, because you only have to switch a drum once or twice.
