I've have done P90X plyometrics,yoga,core,core synergistic,stretching,some other core video, in my weight training class and there's more P90X to come. The guy is like crazy like I think he's insane

this is probably the first mass-publicized set of workout videos to work! My brother is almost done with phase 1 and says he's already seeing results and I'm starting in about 9 days :P

Some fitness programs promise you a lot and never deliver, for wherever reason they always fail, normally by day 14 or so you are regretting that you spend your money... Well this is NOT one of those. Got my 33 days ago and it has already changed my physique and my life. Im a former US Marine (got out of service about 2 years ago) and since put up some weight. Im used to hard physical training and I can tell you that this is the mother of all fitness programs. Just one thing: Take those picts.
