quick question" I did everything step by step and it started the process and after 20 mins it says it cannot complete the process because I need Quicktime Version 7.1 any suggestions? like what quicktime is and where i can get it?
is it possible to make a batch of a picture turned into a pop art pic? For example, turn one pic into a pop art (or even black and white sketch) and then just make the other pics follow the same format?
Helpful, but why leave the res set to 300 dpi if the image is to displayed only on a monitor? I'd think you'd set that to 72dpi before completing the resizing, it makes for a much smaller file.
What about if I want to add my logo using a my logo layer from an already existing psd file?
I have no problem recording all my actions. But when i try to play it afterwards. Photoshop tells me it can do the move action I used to move my logo from my first psd photo file to my desired jpg file.
Any suggestions then on how to automate a batch process to add a smaller image (my logo into a larger one???
thanks for the tutorial. i didnt know anything about the action panel at all, and this will be very handy on a project i am working on in the future. good work =)
Good tutorial but I get an error that says "Could not complete your request because a JPEG marker segment length is too short (the file may be truncated or incomplete)."
This is weird because photoshop has no errors when I do the same thing manually with the same files.

For the resizing you only put in a new height on the 'record' this is OK for upright photos but your landscapes will be this high as well.
Much better why is to use the Fit command putting in a square i.e. both height and wide equal?
WHy not use the Fit comand? you can set max hight and withe
