Torres has started 22 of 28 games in the league (a further 3 as sub - so involved in all but 3 games). Ronaldo has started 22 (a further 2 as sub), Rooney 17. Both Ronaldo and Rooney are rested by Ferguson.

Of the games Torres has not played in only 1 or 2 were due to being "rested" and these were very early in the season. He has played almost constantly since, apart from games he has missed because of injury.
