  • never ever apologize for something you do righteously :) (even the beatles sung in falsettes) keep on playing mate

  • @diddilitli Thanks, I appreciate it. :-)

  • Love this song!!! You do it very well. Most people when they do this, they lose the essence of the song, but you kept it!!!

  • veey good!!! Thanks -excellent 1 piece cover!

  • love the tapping on the piano near the beginning ,, very clever :)

  • @Sodahpop96 It's hard to do the song without the tap, I think. :-)

  • Amazing! I always wanted to do a piano rendition of this song, but never got past the into! This video will be a tutorial for me ... thank you so much!!!

  • @rjciccone Glad you liked it, thanks. I love playing this song, just wish I could hit the high notes like I used to. :-)

  • Bravo! The feeling is there.

  • One thing I learnt recently is that it is much harder to sing high softly. If you are going to attempt to sing high, just go for it. Your range is probably much higher than you believe.

  • the chorus has some high notes

which for me bein baritone are difficult to sing

Silly people standing there who disagree and never win, wonder why they don't get in my doooor

  • Good playing!! Really great.

Can you maybe do a Lucy in the Sky tutorial? I'm pretty sure it's transferable onto piano, I've seen it before (:

  • I think you've got the Fab Four Factor! Great Play by you! Congratsss!

  • I think he did a good job, he kinda has the recent raspy McCartney voice down pat.

  • Congratulations! I love this song

  • Great...!

  • Dude, these songs are so perfect for a group of people to gather around the piano and sing! Great job!

  • its too high for the average person to sing lol

    i can sing it

but in the studio with limiters so u wont hear me screaming in little parts of the song

besides that..i can sing the faucedo(or however you spell it) pretty well ;D

  • haha its "falsetto" by the way (italian for "false voice")

  • bellisimo

  • i LOVE this! awesome.

  • Wow...absolutely great rendition!!! More,more.

  • awesome, i love the jazzed up part at the end

  • It'll do, friend.

    That will do :)

  • that'll do pig that'll do

  • Very good rendition of one of the best Beatles songs! Thanks!

  • Thanks, glad you liked it! Fun song to play.

  • this is different from the tutorial

  • It might be a little different, I don't know.. I usually don't play them the same way twice. The tutorial is probably the more basic of the two, maybe.

  • The piano is really good...but (no offense) the singing sucks.

  • I know, the voice can't reach those high notes anymore.. But I enjoy singing it anyway.

  • Very nice

My fav Beatles is still the White album, tho Rev 9 is probably unplayable on piano!

  • Thanks! Yes, Rev. #9 may be a bit of a stretch.. Nobody's requested it yet, though.. Go figure! :-)

  • id like to request revolution 9 as your next song.

  • No problem... Actually, believe it or not, I saw some "sheet music" for that song recently. Amazing.

  • please post an arrangement! this is a great cover!

  • Thanks! I hae a tutorial on this arrangement in my Beatles tutorials log, if you want to check it out.

  • good stuff...well done

  • Thanks!

  • I really like this!!

'And it really doesn't matter if I'm wrong or right...'

WISE WORDS FROM THE FAB FOUR!!

  • Wise words, indeed.. thanks for the comment!

  • I envy you... in a good way of course.

  • lol, thanks!

  • The vocals dont matter, you can tell he truly loves what hes doing and hes proud of himself. I would be too with that much talent!!

  • Having fun and enjoying yourself is the key to all music!

  • Every time I watch one of your videos, it makes me wish I chose a piano rather than a bass.

  • Thanks! Bass is great, though, nothing wrong with that.

  • Well good. Paul Mccartney will be proud of you for a great version of a classic Beatles song.

  • Thanks very much, I appreciate that!

  • I want to sound like you on the piano.

  • Well thank you! Just keep playing, don't give up, and above everything else, enjoy and appreciate your own ability to make music. You may be surprised at how good you become.

  • I wish I could've heard the vocals more. The arrangement is great, you're such a good player.

  • Thank you! Yes, the vocals were done without my new mic, so the piano kind of overrides it.. This song is really out of my vocal range, though, so it's just as well, but I decided to sing along anyway. Glad you enjoyed it!

  • Great, I love your arrangement of "Fixing a Hole". The Beatles are my heroes. I'm new to this site. Have you ever posted a "How to Play" video for your arrangement of this song?

  • Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! I have not done a how-to for "Fixing a Hole" yet, but I have had requests for the chords, so maybe I will just do a tutorial video if enough people are interested. You're right, the Beatles are great! Nice to see you're a fan of the Fab Four.

  • Please make a tutorial for "Fixing a Hole". This is one of my favorite tunes from The Beatles and you played it very well. It would be really fun to learn. :)

  • He has made a tutorial

  • The tutorial is on my channel somewhere. :-)

  • It's obvious that you enjoy playing it and it shows - Mccartney's great! good job!

  • Thanks! I do enjoy playing just about anything by McCartney and the Beatles.

  • pretty awesome voice really isnt that bad

  • Thanks! It's just a little high for my vocal range, but I got through it.. :-)

  • Great version of my favourite Beatles song. Thanks for the video!

  • Absolutely brilliant! One of my favourite songs and this is such a great rendition! Did you arrange this yourself? If so how about a tutorial or if not where do I get the score?

  • Thanks! I actually just tried to mimic the Beatles' original score, without adding too much of my own. The chords are fairly simple so if you want them I'll be glad to message them to you.

  • would you be able to message those chords to me please? it would be much appreciated as this is great :)

  • No problem, I'll get them to you soon. Thanks for watching!

  • I play classic piano and I just loved what you played! it was bloody Brilliant! the piano sounded spectacular, really. I would love to have the chords if you can please.

  • Thank you! Yes, I will get the chords out to you. I have not had a moment to get them together for anyone yet but you have reminded me so I will get it done!

  • You do a good job of this but perhaps sing an octave lower and then voice wouldn't sound strained. Perhaps record with the mic closer to you then you'd pick up more of the vocals.

  • nice piano, voice is rough
