  • Better to grow up than to be born again.

  • Take away all food and water from this kid. I would laugh to see what happens after 30 days. He doesn't deserve food and clean water, all courtesy modern agriculture and water purification.

  • Indeed.

  • Yay for Terminator! One of the best movies out there!

And yay for this video pwnage too, of course :)

  • so, if the oceans were 100% fresh water...

where did all the salt come from?

  • @OndskapensHersker God gradually put salt in the ocean. He created the world for us, with unlimited supply of water, and then he decided to fuck with us by making over 95% of the water undrinkable!

Thank you Lord! Thou truly art merciful! ;)

  • Haha, I'v never seen this much of pwning! I love it!

  • "mortal combat screens"?

Those three simple words say all you need to know about that guy: he's fundamentally not serious about his position, he's immature and he's not worth anyone's time.

  • So according to this kid, only Christians can be one with God. Therefore, all the Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, and indigenous people in Africa, Australia, and South America are doomed.

  • @MadHatter34784 Not only doomed, but deserve eternal torture.

  • Boy this kid is stupid!

  • if god din't want Adam and Eve to eat the forbiten fruit why did he make it? And if he did it by accident why didn't he remove it? He can do what ever he like right?

  • lol, best vid yet thunderfoot

  • debate with this retard? waste of time.

  • Aaaaahh so young, so earnest, lighten up kid !!

  • why is everything religious always about dying, killing and harming those who dont follow your belief? a religion full of death, corruption and mortal pains?! sign me up! sounds fun!

  • I always find it interesting when people talk about GOD. GOD did this...GOD did that. GOD thinks this and GOD wants you to do that etc etc...

Im just sat here eating popcorn waiting for some evidence. All I hear are people's ideas and claims they know the mind of GOD. Its all white noise to me.

We live in an evidence based world don't we? Why give up on evidence in favour of fairytale? I know why....its because billions of delusional people want to survive death. Thats all it is.

  • @DIGITALSCREAMS lol because evidence is hard to come by when you live your life based on a thousand year old book. It's basically like trying to pass a 21st century biology exam when you only have a biology text book from the 1st century. XD answer number 1...leeches...answer 2....leeches, question 3, what do you do when you treat a person with a high fever? LEECHES! hell yes ace that test! XD

  • VFX- an odious bigot.

  • am i the only one who cant stand the sight of VFX's face?

that smug retard could scare the Joker from batman...

  • Hmmmmm... I just thought of something else, about the part where the creationist says that the seas were fresh water 4000 years ago. How did the fresh water fish adapt to live in the now salt water oceans we have today. If what he claims to be true was true, then evolution would be proven the same way, which creationists also claim to be untrue. So in essence he disproves his theories by trying to prove them.

  • Wait so animals dont have souls. And they die thats it. Well that sounds pretty boring. Wonder what it feels like to not exist.

  • ''Noah had no potatoes''. This made my laugh so hard I had to rewind to catch the rest of the video.

  • wow looks like god realy fucked us, well of cource he dident beacuse he isent real

  • Noah must have had a wretched case of drip dick to last 4400 years.

  • does anyone of you have seen a movie with Demi Moore named "The 7th prophecy" well, it says when the Guff chamber is to be empty of souls, there will be a child born without a soul, death as a soul-less body should be... so VenomfangX have NO FUCKING IDEA OF WHAT IS HE TALKING ABOUT, yeah catholics and christians, you can find these words in your bible... to se how it's impossible to live without a soul, and its impossible to have a dead soul cause all of us should be dead...

  • well didnt noah and them have all the dieseases and viruses ever known? because according to them none of them evovled

  • It's also possible to kill your soul with BOOOOOOMBS. I KILLED my SOUL with BOMBS!

  • I looked up Genesis 7:22, and oh my chance, he horribly misquoted it.

  • VenomfangX is such a slimey shit bag. I cannot believe there are people who think of him as a hero.

  • You sir, are a fountain of knowledge and entertainment. Kudos.

  • Love me and God and you'll get to heaven.

Keep paying me i'll give you protection.

Jesus is an italian mob boss

  • Who is the kid at the beginning of this video? I want to go to his channel and make fun of him LOL - people like him are the reason I don't believe in my faith

  • @LockemShoto VenomFangX

  • Every argument this kid brings to the table he got from Kent Hovind who, as im sure most of you already know is serving a 10 year sentence in FL for tax evasion.

  • Also to add to the bogus 5 minutes theory, The Grand Canyon is made up of tough limestone and granite, Water even at 5x the seed of sound would hardly make any impression whatsoever....Its takes long amounts of time to carve rock......

And why isnt the whole world looking like the Grand Canyon

  • thanks for teaching me creationists are idiots and atheists are boring.

  • That creationist in the video should have a debate against Matt Dillahunty. He would get his ass whipped BIG time. Same with any other creationist

  • What if I don't want to be with god? He's a sick bastard who toys with peoples lifes. I think I'll be better of in hell chilling with the devil at least he's clear on what he wants. Just fooling around trying to interfere with god's plans :P

  • Genesis 7:22 "all in whose nostrils was the breath of life"

If you read the Bible literally, you totally ruin all the poetry of it. I mean, not only does he sound stupid reading that sentence fragment literally, it's clear he has no appreciation for good literature.

  • Conservative Christian Logic: /watch?v=UDBYGXWMAOw

  • 10 points for the T2 clip.

  • How about the great climate system they build into the ark ? To keep the polar bears cool, and the lions hot... ;) (quote: jim jefferies)

  • @scienide77 don't forget the tanks packed with millions of aquatic species that Noah must have saved from the effects of salination/desalination!

  • whos the guy at the star of this vid?

  • @getsomemates69 Venomfangx He filed fake DMCA claims against thunderfoot. He is a dick-head, but im sure if you look into it after 5 minutes or so you'll come to the same conclusion.

  • i know this is a serious debate and all, but what the fuck is that spider at 2:17? holy shit

  • religion: because thinking for yourself is damn hard!

  • Out of the 11 videos I've seen so far, talking about Soul deaths actually feels like a waste of time on ThunderF00Ts part because it is bad even for Creationists.

It's like someone telling us about how and why Jedi disappear when dead in the confines our own universe and not Star Wars and then ThunderF00T explaining why it's wrong. It's not wrong, it's just absolute nonsense made up by an idiot and is barely worth the time of proving it wrong. Because there is no need for proof...

  • Haha I love how the creationist diagram is just a crappy little crossed out scribble, even if it was drawn by tf

  • ahahah i really enjoyed this video. ''eating causes death'' ''we have souls'' XD LMAO!

  • 3:40 proof that Tf00t records his audio outside... I can hear a crow. Truly a man of nature.

  • These videos are so insightful! A little frightening, too; but hopefully the critical thinking backlash will self-correct all the stream of misinformation that is being circulated.

  • Creationists have a need to prove their god. It's impossible. Stop trying it's faith based not factual. WTF!

  • PCS sounds like a Catholic in the "babies not baptized("choose" to "recieve" god) go to Hell/separated from god."

  • YOUTUBE Sex in Space (The Universe 3) part 15 of 48 start at 5 mins if you want to see the point skip head a little or just watch the whole thing.

This is not disproving GOD or Life coming from somewhere else but at the time being we can't just ship off to another planet because of this one fact...

  • I'm surprised that he knows mortal kombat

  • The first 40 seconds of this video made me nauseous.

Then Doctor Silberman showed up and made me feel all better. Thanks doc.

  • carbonate is CO3 not CO2, sorry buddy had to pull you up on that one and its limestone CaCO3 :P

  • @lukelikesturtles Lol you know, I really don't think Thunderf00t minds if you correct him, in fact I think he would applaud and encourage it :) Good catch though.

  • @lukelikesturtles CO3- is an ion formed when CO2 is solved in water:

    CO2+H2O-->H2CO3

    H2CO3+H2O-->HCO3(-)+H3O(+)

    HCO3(-)+H2O-->CO3(2-)+H3O(+)

    CO3(2-)+Ca(2+)-->CaCO3

  • well I see how many can laugh at us at this cause he don`t go theologic enough in on the theme of the first and second death as well as the soul and life...please when you debate people use the scripture...not just your self...as well to Thunderf00t find people who has scripture to proof it and see how you mean thats not true :P

  • I couldn't help but laugh my ass off at 7:05 - so incredibly spot on true.

  • I'm confused. Since we are born "dead" and without soul, is this an argument pro-choice?

  • @Yownas73 until baptism i guess, yessss

  • @Yownas73

Republicans want you to be born, so that we have higher birth rates. They won't care about you though until you're 18 so you can work and serve in the military. They don't want wealthfare, food stamps, or anything that would help an unwanted child.

  • will you be debunking james lisle later?

  • Morpheus: Again!

    Me: ahahahahaha

    Venomfangx : -.-

  • it takes a heap more faith than i could ever muster up to believe that life just happemd alllll on its own.. life without a creator makes no sence . I dont have to have a degree to know that but God bless you all ill be praying that you see the light and repent!

  • @hannahbroadway No faith required mate. Just a little rationality and mathematics. Given an almost infinite number of molecules in the universe with an infinite amount of time, the possibilities are almost infinite. To believe in one of these 100s of religions that say we were put here magically, maybe by a guy in the sky? I see that as a lesser probability than life spontaneously happening on its own.

  • oh dear god idiots in this ...re video

    world

  • Well, I guess this guy was the best in his creationists class. The amount of his self confidence is amazing, he must of been indoctrinated his entire life. Poor thing

  • You could have made the last part much better. The fruit is obviously a metaphore for having sex, so where do those soulless babies come from then? Too bad you didnt think of that. Still like your vids mate! :)

  • This nutcase blinks too much

  • I forgot to give you thumbs up in every video!! i have to go back! see ya!

  • what is that at 2:18? a spider or two?

  • if jesus died for our sins, and you dont sin, he died for nothing...

  • Man these people scare me and now ..they have a foot hold in my area ....I am watching people I know and used to have good conversation with over the years attend the new Creationist Mega church that is now here ..and they are buying into it and I can not handle thier new insanity. This Belief system is dangerous and turns what were rational people into fanatic nut jobs that re-inforce each other...and a rational non-religious person such as myself is viewed as an enemy. This is a mental illness

  • @copycoonie Yep ! I live in a military town we have some of these creationist churchs here. Some of these military families are totally into them. They thing these wars we are involved in are part of doing gods work. This just scares the hell out of me !

  • I'm glad to see I and everyone else is born not alive. (sarcasm)

  • This is the destructive crap I was raised with. Kids are guilty with no hope of being proven innocent, doomed with no hope of being saved, and hateful without showing any hate at all.

    Simply cannot stand this nonsense!!

  • FINISH HIM!!!!

  • 0:40 what movie was that from???? please!!!

  • I have to say, I've been laughing at creationists for a long time and wonder why asylums aren't build specifically for them.

  • Seems God has a pretty serious masochistic persecution complex. He or she or it should be formally diagnosed with self-defeating personality disorder. He does, afterall keep getting Thunderf00t to make these awesome videos, apparently so he can punish him.

God: "Yeah, dunno what I was thinking when I wrote that...

    while (man.alive ()) {

    if (!man.brain.busy()) {

    man.inflict (FEAR, NULL);

    }

    }

    destination.sendto (HELL);

    return LAUGHTER + HUBRIS;"

  • I would like to add evaporites to the heap of evidence for salty prehistoric seas. The zechstein series for example dates to the end-permian, some 250 million years ago, formed after (up to) five dessication cycles and is well known to geologists and the oil industry for its ability to form great seals over oil reservoirs in the North Sea.

  • PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE debate this guy!!!!

  • @bubaloui8 You can't debate a person like that, he sounds completely brain washed and uneducated.

  • @bubaloui8 YES! that would be sooooo hilarious

  • @bubaloui8 whom?

  • @bubaloui8 No need, TF and a number of other youtubers has taken it up with his parents:)

  • VenomFangX seems to think everything is a constant.... He should learn that not everything moves in a linear passion....

  • The squiggly lines he drew reminded me of Super Mario Sunshine

  • @deepfriedcake I loved Isle Delfino! People are haters but I really liked that game.

  • Ok, not trying to be a dick here but Thunderf00t is taking the things he is saying too literally. I think by fresh water he meant water free of what most people think of when we say salt (NaCl) and not just pure H2O. It doesn't make VenomFangX's argument any less stupid but it kinda does render Thunderf00t's coccolithophores argument moot.

  • 6:24 so you are born again? Then why do you censor DMCA frauds? Ihought someone without a dead soul...

  • i would never get tired of hitting that kid

  • You will then be brain washed by a bible junkie.

  • Now let's really think the shit the creationist is talking about WOULD be true.

As we all know most of the generations before us believed in things like this, furthermore "reviving" their souls while beein still alive.

In the beginning he is stating that Adam and Eve born a dead child, because they were dead. So the conclusion must be that if someone is alive, their child is also.

Great stuff, I don't need to care about this shit as long as I'm just eating meat and no fruits!

  • The Bible is truly the greatest comedy novel ever written.

  • God created Beer Farts.

  • The funny part is that in the opening monologue venomfangx is wrong: Adam and Eve were not kicked out of the garden because their souls were separated from god, nor were they kicked out as punishment for eating from the tree of knowledge, as is commonly thought. God kicked them out because he was afraid they'd eat from the tree of life as well, allowing them to live forever (Gen 3:22). I love it when religious people can't keep their own story straight.

  • DEATH BY FRUIT

  • Is there anywhere on youtube the answer to your videos?

I mean, that retard creationist, did see your videos? Did he hang himself, once aknowledged his ignorance? Did he do something? Did he say you're a liar?

    I'm so curious

  • Haha!!! I laughed so hard at the terminator clips!

  • VFX what a fag

  • If God is perfect, all seeing and all powerful, then why did he create two pets in His own image that he allegedly loved more than anything, put them in the best 'cage' ever invented, and then 1) put poisonous food in the cage that would destroy them and all of their offspring forever, and 2) put the most evil thing in existence into that cage with them to coax them into eating that food? Some God that is. Children treat their pets better than that.

  • @ChipArgyle I think most Christians interpret that story as a metaphor on human nature, which is prone to weakness and temptation, and there was no literal garden or fruit. Catholics and Orthodox Christians, the two largest Christian groups on earth, both have no problem with evolutionary or physical origins for life.

It makes smug, insufferable nuts like VenomFang stand out more - most Christians have no problem with evolution at all.

  • @CristinaFernandez Let me take it a few steps further. God wouldn't have spent 1 day making the universe and 5 days making the Earth. There was no water canopy above. There was no great flood. There was no ark built by a 600 year old man. Polar bears, penguins, kangaroos, and koalas did not swim or hike to the Middle East in search of said ark. Nobody can live inside a whale for 3 days. All of a city's dead never arose and walked about. The biblical cure for leprosy doesn't work. Etc.

  • @ChipArgyle The atheist Delusion!

How could some of the scientists permit themselves to make a claim that would necessitate knowledge as extensive as the scheme of the universe, when their knowledge of the total scheme of being is *close* to zero, when confronted with a whole mass of unknowns concerning this very earth and tangible, lifeless matter, let alone the whole universe?

  • @1tabligh Which makes your opinion or belief in some sky dude all the more retarded.

  • Do scientific discoveries and knowledge cause such a scientist to conclude that matter, *unknowing and unperceiving *, is his creator and that of all beings?

    No?

Then how can the atheists and some of the scientists delude themselve and *believe* that hydrogen and oxygen, electrons and protons, should first produce themselves, then be the source for all other beings, and finally decree the laws that regulate themselves and the rest of the material world?

  • What is called science by the *science-worshippers* of the present age and regarded by them as equivalent to the sum total of *reality*, is simply a collection of laws applicable to a single dimension of the world. The result of all human effort and experimentation is a body of knowledge concerning a minute bright dot comparable to the dim light of a candle-surrounded by a dark night enveloping a huge desert of indefinite extent.

All praise is due to ALLAH, the Lord of the Universe.

  • @ChipArgyle There was no ark built by a ....year old man.

    _____

And he began to make the ark; and whenever the chiefs from among his people passed by him they laughed at him. He said: If you laugh at us, surely we too laugh at you as you laugh (at us). And it was said: O earth, swallow down your water, and O cloud, clear away; and the water was made to abate and the affair was decided, and the ark rested on the Judi, and it was said: Away with the unjust people. The Quran [11.38] [11.44]

  • @1tabligh Ya, so you see how silly all of that sounds. And we are all laughing at him today. Ha Ha Ha. Fuck the Quran and blow my balls.

  • @nashkita77 Ha Ha Ha. Fuck the Quran and blow my balls.

    ____

    Poor fella!

So much science for this uncivilized brainless pseudo-Scientific Demagogue!

Then how can the YOU delude themselve and believe that hydrogen and oxygen, electrons and protons, should first produce themselves, then be the source for all other beings, and finally decree the laws that regulate themselves and the rest of the material world?

Stupid brainless cuckoo atheist with asinine mind!

  • @1tabligh Sure, sure. Quoting a story in your book derived from a story in another book doesn't mean it happened. How many centuries after the alleged event occurred was that written? It even contains a direct quote, centuries after the event supposedly occurred. How ridiculous is that?

It doesn't matter what the stories say. There's no physical evidence anywhere that the great flood happened. Necessary evidence, like a planet devoid of all human, animal, and plant life.

  • @ChipArgyle Then how can the atheists and some of the scientists delude themselve and *believe* that hydrogen and oxygen, electrons and protons, should first produce themselves, then be the source for all other beings, and finally decree the laws that regulate themselves and the rest of the material world?

  • @1tabligh In exactly the same way that theists say that their god did it. The truth is that nobody really knows how it all began. Anyone who says they know for sure is lying to you.

As a side note, some of the latest hypotheses in subatomic physics are actually suggesting that some forms of matter may literally pop in and out of existence. That's pretty amazing. It would be interesting if they could prove it.

  • @ChipArgyle ...matter may literally pop in and out of existence.

    ____

Let us see YOUR scientific understanding.

Go to the laboratory, and do an experiment with little of NOTHING, and then mix it with a LOT of NOTHING, and GUESS WHAT!

YOU WILL GET THIS SPECTACULAR UNIVERSE including YOUR "some forms of matter may literally pop in and out of existence."!

    From NOTHING comes NOTHING!

    What science is this?

What man of science are you?

Come back when you get something out of nothing!

  • @1tabligh Don't go all ranty on me just because I've kept up with the news and you apparently haven't heard about this. Calm down. Take a few deep breaths.

Nobody said it was done in a laboratory. It's just pondering at this point. That's what "hypothesis" means. It has simply been suggested that it might be able to happen, further testing/ observation is required.

In light of your rant, what would you do if science did something that disproved some aspect of your religion?

  • @ChipArgyle

Did you get anything from nothing?

READ the COMMENTS WITH YOUR INTELLECT AND ABSOLUTELY NOT WITH YOUR WANNABE MONKEY EMOTIONS!

Ask all the scientists around the world to help you, and then come back when you get something out of nothing!

  • @1tabligh If you have nothing further to add you can simply stop typing.

  • @ChipArgyle Before he enters the realm of science and knowledge with all its concerns, man is able to perceive certain truths by means of these innate perceptions. But after entering the sphere of science and philosophy and filling his *brain* with various proofs and deductions, he may forget his natural and innate perceptions or begin to doubt them. It is for this reason that when man moves beyond his innate nature to delineate a belief, differences begin to appear.

  • God and Empirical Logic.

One of the most destructive and misleading factors in thoughts concerning God is to restrict one's thought to the "logic" of the empirical sciences and to *fail* to recognize the *limits* and boundaries of that "logic".

Is that which is necessary in essence and which is considered the first source of existence matter itself or something else beyond the limits of matter?

  • @1tabligh If God can interact with the physical world - create it, affect it, in rare instances appear on it, he's as worthy of scientific scrutiny as anything else.

  • @ChipArgyle If God can interact with the physical world - create it, .....

    _____

He is a creator but His act of creation has not caused Him any movement or exertion. He hears but without the help of any bodily organism or any aid. He sees but without the assistance of organs of sight or external media. He is present everywhere but His is not a bodily presence. He is far away from everything created but this distance is not on account of space or dimensions.

  • His Omnipresence is unmistakably and intelligibly evident but He cannot be seen, discerned or viewed. He is hidden from human sight not because of His fineness and smallness. He is remote from His creation because of His complete Control, Might and Power over them, and creatures are far away and separated from Him because they were brought into existence by Him, because they cannot exist without His Will and Mercy and because they are force by "Nature" (free will is also part of nature)

  • to obey and to submit to His Commands, thus there is nothing common between Him and His creatures to bring them bodily close to Him.

Praise be to God Who lies inside all hidden things, and towards Whom all open things guide. He cannot be seen by the eye of an onlooker, but the eye which does not see Him cannot deny Him while the mind that proves His existence cannot perceive Him. He is so high in sublimity that nothing can be more sublime than He, while in nearness,

  • He is so near that no one can be nearer than He.

He is different from everything but not in physical separation. He acts but without connotation of movements and instruments. He sees even when there is none to be looked at from among His creation. He is only One, such that there is none with whom He may keep company or whom He may miss in his absence. He is One but not a numerical unity which can be mathematically and logically subdivided.

  • @1tabligh I took the liberty of the translating the religious garbledegook: He is imaginary. We made Him up. We even plagiarized several previously existing religions to do it! We created rules for His existence to explain why He can't be sensed in any way that really mean there's no way that He could possibly exist. By creating Him, we created a wonderful way to control you. But, he's not Santa Claus, although the two of them share many of the same traits.

  • @ChipArgyle Read below!

  • @ChipArgyle Is it at all feasible to regard all the geometry, functioning and movement of the universe as the outcome of matter in its ignorance?

  • @1tabligh Not in its ignorance, but in its properties, perhaps.

  • @ChipArgyle Should the scientist, who is aware of the natural causes and of the factors determining each step of creation towards perfection, of mankind's evolution, of the minute accuracy and exactitude that rules every change in the nature that surrounds us, come to believe that these wondrous laws and amazing interactions have somehow *fortuitously* emerged out of *mindless* matter?

  • @1tabligh Who said that creation is moving towards perfection? Evolution simply describes how living things change over time and that those things that change the best to exist in their surrounding environment become thriving species.

I wouldn't dwell on "emerged out of mindless matter" issues too much. In some form or another, "something always was". That's something that our measly brains cannot comprehend, yet it must be the case. Some think it's a god, others think it's matter.

  • @ChipArgyle How can it be supposed that belief in the existence of God is the acceptance of contradiction, whereas belief in the uncaused nature of an effect such as matter is not contradictory?

How could it be believed that matter should itself be the origin of millions of attributes and characteristics and thus be the equivalent of the purposeful, wise and all-knowing Creator?

  • @1tabligh I don't see why belief in a god necessitates the acceptance of contradiction.

Matter has many, many properties. Some of them appear to be almost magical. The key difference is that matter and its properties can be studied and explained. Gods, however, are invisible, as are everything directly associated with them like heaven, hell, angels, demons, alleged miracles, and souls. To anyone actually studying these things, matter has much more depth and breadth than any god ever has.

  • @ChipArgyle Is it at all possible that the cells of the body should learn their functions, pursue their aim in a precise and orderly fashion, and crystallize so miraculously in the world of being, without there being a conscious and powerful being to instruct them?

Is it not rather the case that phenomena such as these prove and demonstrate, with the utmost emphasis, the need for a plan, a design, a guiding hand inspired by conscious will?

  • @1tabligh Yes, it is possible. The most complex structures known today had very simple beginnings. Chemicals don't need to be instructed to react with each other to form more complex chemicals. With sufficient components in a hospitable environment, given time and enough reactions, complex chemicals such as RNA and DNA, the building blocks of life, result. They do that as a result of their own nature, no will or consciousness required, with some continuous energy provided by the sun.

  • @ChipArgyle What realistic scientist, sincerely given to seeking the truth could claim today that while a kidney transplant is the result of centuries of continuous scientific research and experimentation, the structure of the kidney itself reveals no trace of a creative intelligence and will, being the product of mere nature—nature which has no more knowledge or awareness than a kindergarten pupil?

  • @1tabligh What realistic scientist? Most polls I've heard of put it at about 95% of all scientists who actually study living things. (The kidney is nothing more than a filter by the way. It's really not all that complex.) Nature doesn't need knowledge or awareness to survive. Organisms only need to adapt to their current surroundings to thrive.

  • @ChipArgyle Is it not more logical to posit the existence of intelligence, will and planning in the creation of and ordering of the world than to attribute creativity to matter which lacks intelligence, thought, consciousness and the power to innovate?

  • @1tabligh To do that, you have to assume a creator that sat alone in the dark all by himself FOREVER. After lengthy consideration, this mess of a world is the result of his creation. Floods, earthquakes, famines, droughts, starvation, dangerous bacteria, viruses, predation, and humans constantly at war with each other are the result of this "intelligence". You MUST admit, if that's the case, it's truly shoddy work. I'd fire him if I were his boss. Not a very logical presumption, is it?

  • @ChipArgyle Belief in the existence of a wise creator is without doubt more logical than faith in the creativity of matter, which has neither perception, consciousness, nor the ability to plan; we cannot attribute to matter all the properties and attributes of intelligence that we see in the world and the ordering will that it displays.

  • @1tabligh Why can't you attribute those properties to matter once it has ordered itself into highly complex forms as a result of continuous application of energy? You make assertions without any proof. Matter does have consciousness when it's a living, thinking brain. It's obvious you read one book over and over. Read some science books for a change. Simply spouting rhetoric doesn't make your assertions true.

By the way, belief without proof is not considered logical by any standard.

  • @ChipArgyle Is it logical to say that belief in God is peculiar to those who know nothing about man's composition and creation, and that, by contrast, a scientist who is aware of the natural laws and factors responsible for man's growth and development, who knows that law and precise calculation preside over all stages of man's existence, is bound to believe that matter, lacking all perception and consciousness, is the source of the wondrous laws of nature?

  • @1tabligh You haven't read any other books yet, have you?

  • @ChipArgyle

Dodging ALL the questions and quibbling in vain!

How can you delude yourself and believe that hydrogen and oxygen, electrons and protons, should first produce themselves, then be the source for all other beings, and finally decree the laws that regulate themselves and the rest of the material world?

  • @1tabligh You have a single argument going here. You're like a stuck record. I've answered your question many times over. YES, matter can do all of that ON ITS OWN. No god(s) required. Do you see any dodging here?

Humans begin as a single cell and turn into sentient beings. At what point does a god interact with that process and magically give it consciousness?

Now go read a real book for a change. Learn about scientific facts and reality. It's truly amazing stuff.

  • @ChipAr...God and Empirical Logic.

    Matter or God?

    Take your choice!

Some brainless atheists regard matter as independent and imagine that it has itself gained this freedom and elaborated the laws that rule over it.

But how can they believe that hydrogen and oxygen, electrons and protons, should first produce themselves, then be the source for all other beings, and finally decree the laws that regulate themselves and the rest of the material world?

    Pseudo-Scientific Demagoguery!

  • @1tabligh I think you'll find the answers you seek in the disciplines of chemistry, physics, and biology-same place I found them. Consider that the brain inside the computer you use is made out of the same stuff that sand and glass is made of. Look what's been done to that type of matter. Of course, people did that to the components, but we had to, because computer chips aren't living things. Once matter becomes a living thing, amazing results occur.

  • @ChipArgyle God and Empirical Logic.

Materialism looks at the world with one eye *closed* and, as a result, is unable to answer numerous questions!

Materialism imagines that lowly objects are the source for the emergence of higher objects without troubling to ascertain whether the higher, in fact, exists at the level of the lower. If lowly matter is unable even at the highest stage of its development, namely thought and reflection— ....

  • either to create itself or to violate any of the laws that rule over it, it follows ineluctably that it is unable to create other beings and the laws regulating them. How, then, can it be believed that lowly matter should engage in the creation and origination of higher beings or have the power to bestow existence on lofty phenomena?

  • @1tabligh Because apparently it can. There is no evidence of infusion of anything magical in a human body or any other living thing for that matter. There's no soul container. No soul has been found entering or leaving a body. Cognition occurs electrochemically in the brain. It causes consciousness because we have a cognitive continuum - we remember things from yesterday because our brains don't reboot like a computer when we sleep. Matter isn't as lowly as you seem to think it is.

  • @ChipArgyle Do scientific discoveries and knowledge cause such a scientist to conclude that matter, *** unknowing and unperceiving ***, is his creator and that of all beings?

  • How could some of the scientists permit themselves to make a claim that would necessitate knowledge as extensive as the scheme of the universe, when their knowledge of the total scheme of being is *close* to zero, when confronted with a whole mass of unknowns concerning this very earth and tangible, lifeless matter, let alone the whole universe?

  • @1tabligh Why would their claim (whatever it is, you haven't stated it here) necessitate "knowledge as extensive as the scheme of the universe"? That's a flawed premise. Do you have such broad knowledge to pontificate your position? No, your knowledge is very limited.

Scientific knowledge is not close to zero. Another flawed foundation in your argument. People have learned a lot through the scientific process. Why do you choose to limit your knowledge to only fiction and mythos?

  • @ChipArgyle The atheist Delusion!

In his equation, Einstein says that energy is equal to the mass of muter times the velocity of light squared (E = mc2 where E is energy, m mass, and c velocity of light). The velocity of light is equal to 186,282 miles per second. Also, the mass is equal to the energy divided by the velocity of light squared (m= E/c2).

With this, it became established that the atom with its protons and electrons is nothing in reality but concentrated energy ....

  • that can be analyzed and reduced to its primordial state. Thus, according to the modern analysis, energy is the substratum of the world. It is manifested in various shapes and in numerous forms, whether sonic, magnetic, electrical, chemical or mechanical.

In light of this, the duality between matter and radiation, between particles and waves, and between the appearance of electrons sometimes as matter and some other times as light was no longer strange. Rather, ...

  • it became somewhat understood; since all these phenomena are [but] forms of one reality, namely, energy.

Then how can the duped atheists delude themselve and believe that hydrogen and oxygen, electrons and protons, should first produce themselves, then be the source for all other beings, and finally decree the laws that regulate themselves and the rest of the material world?

  • @1tabligh You ARE a stuck record. You're just cutting and pasting now. I'm well beyond that baseless argument.

Just because you refuse to study and learn about something doesn't mean that it cannot be true. Seriously, it must be difficult typing with your eyes squinted shut and your fingers in your ears. How do you do it?
