  • hi, give a little tip how to work it out, just listen to the sound ! :)... which is quiet straight forward really :).... trust me if you keep listening to it, it gets adapted in your head that way you know what keys to press ....

  • You understanding of gayiki or vocal music is pretty good, it seems like you have played harmonium for a while. One thing though if you played the same thing in tempo, keeping the rhythm 1234-1234... and landed back on the sum (the first beat)everytime you will have something very special in your hands. Keep working on laykari, its a life long thing. keep it up man.

  • im sure hes just messin around..guy has some skill im if the guy can accompany ustad tari khan im sure that he can a tempo goin...

  • I never said he didn't have skill, I was rather impressed with his playing. It is a lot easier to keep tempo when someone like a tabla player provides it. On your own its a different task altogther and that takes a lifetime's worth of riyaz.

  • Im sure he was messing around, but without layakari or proper tempo, in the standards of classical music, no music is complete or by some standards music at all. and once the notes rhytmize, you have music. If everything here was rhthmized, I am sure you would agree, this would be one of the top harmonium videos on youtube.
