I got the Market working without root! And on stock rom. Everything works including logging into accounts and using gTalk!

You can actually install android if you like, then you get a dualboot system, meaning you can choose between webOS and android when starting the device.

Nice review Shame they dont make them anymore. One negative comment though, are you chewing gum? as something spoiled the soundtrack.

Great review, have bought this tablet myself on ebay a couple of months ago. Still have the frogo os on it. Is it very differcult to change the os system. I'm a bit of a novice when coming to the tech of a product. Any advice would be great.

@nazimran345910 Head over to slatedroid and ask on the forums, it's difficult to say why your having issues, but there is a ton of information on there that will help you figure it out.

I have heard from someone that they had Flashback 7.1 ROM on theirs and after a week their pad is no good and won't even start. You heard anything like this ?

@JohnYoungPhotography Pretty certain that is an isolated case and more than likely something was done incorrectly when flashing the ROM. There is a detailed brick recovery guide over at Slatedroid should the worst ever happen.

What kind of use against expectation have you found?

@srvuk You are looking to get on average around 8 hours. You can get more or less depending on how intensive your use is. Really suprised at the battery life considering the price of the tab.
