@ivaneu .. tuve el whammy 4 hace un par de años, por eso del 2003 creo.. la diferencia en brutal en mi opinion. El 2 hasta tiene footswitches, que lo hacen mas comodo y sencillo cambiar de efecto sin necesidad de agacherte... en cuanto a la latencia del 4, pues si, no tengo idea porque, pero si la retrasa y a mi me paso que despues de un rato, el 4 tenia broncas de tracking... Si puedes consigue el 2, mucho mejor!

hey dude i have 2 questions.. can u switch the output mode? i mean.. in the option ''what are you connecting to'' can you switch from ''Dest'' to studio or direct? i cant :s i try but i cant..it is supposed that when you plug an earphones to the pod.. it switchs automatically .. :s but im not sure.. another thing.. how do ypu connect the pod to an amplifier? does it switch to a ''direct mode'' when i connecto the pod to an amplifier?

@cheloronaldo @cheloronaldo yes i can switch back and forth just pressing the button. As far as i know, you have to do it manually. and for the amp, the unit is supposed to do amp sim, so if you choose a marshall, and you're using a peavy amp, well, you can guess the result... there are amps who allows to use only the speaker (talking about a combo unit) so there is not need for the preamp.. try diferent methods and see what works best for you and your style. There is no right or wrong...

@cheloronaldo you can also try to get an amp splitter and in one put the guitar in it and the other get a converter and plug the ipod in there. i got a converter with a pair of skullcandys that i got for $20 lol. it broke easyy though so id say go to radioshack and get a good one you can the the amp splitter and the converter plug there

This actually isn't that great.. The vibrato is very uneven and there are a lot of under done string bends. Not to mention, the shredding is very poor and choppy. The technique could use some work. However, while this is somewhat poor, its still the best cover Ive seen so far, so congrats there..

Very nice :) I listened to it all the way through. I appreciate this is a cover & so styling will differ of course. The ammount of time it would take me to learn Nottingham Lace is more than I'm willing to put in at the moment.

According to the wiki article, among the equipment I've seen him use (various thumb picks and other things) he uses a dunlop .72mm pick. These are usually personal preference; I know a lot of pros use Dunlop Ultex Jazz IIIs, I'll try em out myself eventually.
