What's that narrow "tab" between the two main flaps? I notice it moving, but I've never given much thought as to its function. I thought it was a trim adjuster or a stabilizer of sorts.

Any pilots or knowledgeable people know?

They are ailerons, two on each wing, inner (as you observed) and outer which is closest to the wing's end. Ailerons control lateral movement by working in opposite directions with the corresponding ailerons on the other wing to inn turn, make the plane bank left or right. The spoilers can also serve as part of the ailerons, but only when the pilot makes sharp inputs while banking, otherwise they're just deployed upon touchdown to dramatically reduce lift and increase drag as shown in the video.
