@joananoscar I think the eyeshadow is by Maybelline, and this product is called 'Eye Studio Plush Silk Eyeshadow'. They can be found in any drug stores in USA. The price is about $12-$15. If you can wait for the sale, it will be even cheaper. Sometimes, but 1 get 1 half off. There are different choices of color. But sometimes they discountinue products, so they put them as clearance. Try your luck!!
