The videos is missing that's why I come here.. but if you are doing the complete routine you just have to erase the "7" and add the number of your currently week.. For example if you are doing week 11 your link going to look like:

You'll find out what to eat, what cardio to do and many other advices ;)
I've been following his work out for six weeks already and I'm starting to see result, cuz I really put effort into it, but I've gotta say this week 7 is a killer!!! I've haven't felt this much pain before!! Haha its so hard that I couldn't complete 30 reps for all exercise at once, I had to divide it to 2 sets of 15 reps!! And gosh!!! I hate the Hindu push up, it's so hard, but it's worth the pain!!!
