  • woooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • The first heart reminded me of the red monster that bugs bunny went against. I wonder how a quilled monster would turn out lol.

  • @RubyRabbit87 I know exactly which monster you mean! Never liked that monster, the white monster that wanted Daffy as a pet "George" was funnier. :)

  • can nyou tell me any online quling paper!

  • @megajuicystarfan I buy my supplies on-line at quillingsuperstore (dot) com

  • whats the name of the tool you make to do the circles?

  • @sarafresa It is called a slotted quilling tool

  • Cool.

  • @amesguy515 Thanks!

  • do you need some kind of special paper for it to be twirled?

  • @daniqua11 You need quilling paper. I buy mine online from a quilling supply company, they sell it in different widths and colours.

  • it looks like your doing surgery when you make the card

  • @Allylesmith lol, I guess it looks like I have the surgical tools!

  • Thanks. :)

  • @TishyTasha12 You are welcome!

  • hi thank you! for sharing it im sooooooo gonna try it :) nice video can i use any glue? thx.

  • @CHE11ph Any glue that dries clear should be fine. I use a glue that dries very quickly and works great for this kind of paperwork. I get it online at quillingsuperstore with a dot and a com, just in case that was your next question, lol!

  • @yoyomax12 ok thank you i made one for my grandma i hope she like it i use uhu glue but it works :) thank you

  • good

  • @MrRistic3 Thanks!

  • How beautiful!! Blessings, Ang

  • thanks dear Angela.

  • That's beautiful Tammy! Seems simple, maybe I could even do that! LOL

  • This is simple project for sure Barb!

  • however did I miss this?!? SO CUTE!!!

  • Thanks Beth!

  • Absolutely beautiful !! Gosh, I wish I had your talents.

  • This "talent" is easily learned! Thanks

  • very pretty ...:)

  • Thanks!

  • Your card is sooooooooo beautiful!

Max, je ne veux pas des "mice cubes" dans mon jus! ah, ah,

  • love you.

  • Lovely!

    :-)

  • thanks dear Trish!

  • that's really amazing. You just can't buy stuff like that in a store. Someone would have to know how much you care if they get one of these right?

    Yup!!

  • I really appreciate cards that are hand made, they mean so much more than even the prettiest store bought ones. thanks Jason

  • So pretty! You make it look so easy! I bought a quilling kit but have yet to open it and give it a try.. I ended up getting too busy with my knitting with my 2 grandbabies on the way. Did I tell you that they are both expecting boys?? How appropriate is that? Too funny! We are just a big family of boys! haha

  • With two gandsons on the way, no wonder you don't have time for quilling! Knit, Judy, Knit! lol

  • Your so welcome...

  • Tammy Julia is starting grade 1 French in September. Brian's French and I'm still learning but I do know some basics of French.

  • Ok, Im convenced you also sky dive ;o)

  • LOL!! Nope, no sky diving.

  • Very pretty. Do you use a special kind of glue or just regular white school glue? Saw that the neck of the bottle is really thin.

  • The glue I use is a craft glue that I buy from the quilling paper company. It looks like regular white glue but it is a little bit thinner and dries REALLY fast. I have a needle tip on the glue bottle so you only get a tiny bit at a time.

  • Mice cubes? Aaaargh! LOL

So NOW I know what quilling is all about. I'd seen some samples and wondered, "How dey do dat?", but hadn't looked any further. Interesting stuff, but it'd probably take me a month and a half to make that, and I'd go blind.

Or glue both of my hands to the table...

  • LOL @ the image of your hands glued to the table!

  • Tammy that is so beautiful!!! I wish I had a tiny bit of your talent!

    Hugs!

  • You are plenty talented on your own dear Lori!! But thanks anyway

  • Thats really nice, I don`t know how you find the time to do all that you do, whew. You must be really organized. Or highly motavated. I`m just lazy.

  • I am very lucky to have a husband that helps out a lot around the house and frees up my time for crafts and such. The cooking/baking I would be doing anyway, I just video tape it, lol

  • Well, I think you`er pretty awesome !!

  • Thanks much. :)

  • Mice cubes! Max is too funny. I'm glad the Joke of the Day is back. The card is gorgeous. Love it. And really pretty simple. That's nice. Do you have a set of alphabet stamps? I thought I did but when I rearranged my craft stuff this week, found they were numbers. :( Oh well.

  • I have several sets of alphabet stamps (different fonts) The ones in the video are Martha Stewart I think. Nice stamps.

  • Tammy, is quilling as tedious as it looks? I love to do crafts and stuff like this, but have never tried quilling because it looked tedious.

  • There is a lot of work with small pieces of paper, so it would depend on what you find interesting. I find quilling very relaxing, it was difficult when I first started it, but now I really enjoy it.

  • You make things look so simple. This did not appear to be complicated and yet the finished product is fabulous.

    Great joke Max!

    Happy Valentines.

    Gigi

  • Thanks Gigi!

This one really was super easy to do.

  • Oh i hope this dont sound bad but Hallmark can kiss my butt!!! Tammy, making a card like this shows someone you care because time went into making it. Its creative and personal aswell. Stunning idea from a stunning lady. Sent with love hun! X X Xxx

  • Thank you Mark!

Home made things are always appreciated, I agree completely.

  • Cute one there Max...

  • Thanks Jennifer!!

  • Oh Tammy that is so beautiful I love it : )

    Happy Valentines....

    Hugs Jennifer

  • Joyeux Saint Valentin Jennifer!

  • That is so nice of you :)

  • I've been wondering what kind of card to make my husband for Valentine's Day. I, too, just got a quilling kit. Now, I can sit on the couch tonight and make the quilling circles and he won't know at all what I am doing! thanks!

  • This is a very good beginner project.

    Hope it turns out!

  • That was neat ! loved the cat joke too .

  • Thanks much. :)

  • super cute,i got my beginners quilling kit from ebay a few days ago and have been making things i did'nt realize the strips were so small they are hard to hold.tell your son i said good 1

  • The quilling strips can be hard to hold and it does take practice to get good at it. Don't give up! You can also purchase quilling paper in different widths, from 1/8" (what you have most likely) to 5/8'

  • Very cool. Hugs!

  • Thank you dear Melissa!!
