My birds (14 cockatiels and 2 budgies) tend to spend most of their time on the (unplugged) fan in their room too. I'll push it and the goofy ones will start jump-flying from arm to arm, though most of them will retreat to the unmoving safety of their playstand or the top of their cage. Currently most are contact calling, trying to figure out where the new birds are, including two silly boys on the fan right now!
Aww! I have 4 budgies, and they don't like coming out of their cage much, but if i could do 1 thing with them is put them on the fan and let 'em go round and round
