no the ipod touch users get it for free as well as the iphone users. i think your talking about the update a while back. and these apps are nothing compared to the jail broken apps. they were buggy and didn't utilize half the full potential of the iphone.

It isn't jailbroken or web apps. It is the iphone simulator that you download with the iphone sdk.

It's the iPhone emulator u get from the SDK and explained from the info, those are demo apps im guessing apple created.
